Cody truly went above and beyond to transform our yard into something beautiful again. He removed all of the overgrowth, graded the land, and used a rock hound to ensure the soil was smooth and ready to enjoy. What impressed us most was his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. He even went a step further by offering to seed and fertilize before the rain came—something we wouldn’t have been able to do ourselves in time. His honesty and willingness to educate us made a big difference, especially when explaining how rain before seeding could have resulted in hard soil and poor results. The extra investment was absolutely worth it. We are beyond pleased with the quality of his work and the care he put into our property. We will 100% be using his services again and highly recommend him to friends and family.
