  Experienced problem with drain in sink next to washer. Talked with Nicole and she had Mark come over and see what was happening. He took care of the problem after getting replacement parts. Mark has been to my home many times to do my annual Winter Boiler and Summer whole house Air Conditioning service. He is professional and outstanding with the work he is doing, also very detailed oriented and finding and correcting any and all problems. I have been truly impressed with Plum-Air and everyone associated with this firm. Keep up the outstanding service.

  I just want to give a huge shout out to Plum-air of Shavertown and to Mark - who came out to service my 23 yr old oil furnace this morning. Not only was he very thorough, experienced and just an all-around nice guy - he took the time to explain what I could do to keep it in good condition. Honestly, he’s the first guy to ever do that in the more than 50 years we’ve lived here. Mark - I want you to know just how much I appreciate your knowledge and professionalism. I am so very grateful! -
