Hello, I would like to share my experience with Groundworks completing the project at my home. The crew consisted of 3 members. Upon their arrival. each one took the time to introduce themselves in a gracious and respectful manner. The lead member reviewed the steps in completing this project thoroughly. The area in the basement was completely swept and left in order after completing the job. I wish I remembered their names to acknowledge them individually. I couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with Groundworks. We had French drains and sump pumps installed as part of a complete basement waterproofing project, and the results are perfect. The entire process went exactly as promised. The crew arrived on schedule, completed the job right on schedule, and left the area incredibly clean. Wesley, Logan, Ian, Jordan, and Harry were fantastic from start to finish. They were courteous, professional, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work. I especially want to recognize Wesley, the foreman, for the way he led the project. He kept everything moving seamlessly and on schedule while maintaining excellent communication with me throughout the entire process. Just as impressive was the way he communicated with and directed his team. Everyone knew what needed to be done, and they worked together extremely well. His leadership was evident from beginning to end. A project like this can be disruptive, but Wesley and his team made the entire process easy. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for our home really stood out. I would absolutely recommend Groundworks, and especially Wesley, Logan, Ian, Jordan, and Harry, to anyone considering basement waterproofing.
