    Matt from Planet Fry was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had been using a company that provided a used dirty tank and we weren’t being paid for our used cooking oil. Planet Fry came in and provided a clean brand new tank and are paying us for the used cooking oil.

    ⭐️ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I signed a 3-year contract, and during the first year I was told I would not receive any money to cover the pump and installation of the equipment. After that, payments were inconsistent, and some checks were for as little as $9. I eventually canceled the service, and to make matters worse, they took the pump that I had already paid for. I had already gone more than a year without receiving payments. This year, over a 9-month period, I received only 3 checks, even though they claim they sent a payment every month. That does not match my records. I have not received a payment since April 2026, and I am still waiting. In my experience, this company did not honor the contract or its payment obligations, and taking equipment that I had already paid for was completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business with this company read the contract very carefully and keep detailed records of every payment and communication. I regret doing business with them and would NOT recommend this company to anyone. 🚫
