  I want to take a moment to write this review in regards to the system design specialist that I had at my house yesterday, from the start to finish everything was completely professional and well handled, the nice gentleman Michael Kaplan. was the first person out of 3 other companies to actually suit up, and get down under the crawlspace, he took very good clear pictures, wrote up a very great estimate on site. and sat down with me at the end and explained everything to me. This was great service. above and beyond I would say. I would highly recommend Michael, hope the company knows what they have! thanks again

  Chris was exceptional! He was incredibly knowledgeable and went out of his was to explain everything to me and tailor my project to what I was looking for. He caught things other companies missed, and was fair and transparent with his quote. I can't thank him enough!

  Liberty Basement Systems was one of multiple contractors we called to help assess the severity of issues in our basement. Karl from LIberty provided an unbiased assessment of the issues which helped us determine how to proceed. We appreciated the time Karl spent with us to explain exactly what needed done and the fact that he was not trying to sell us a specific solution. We would seek assistance from LIberty again in the future.

  I had three companies come out to assess some concerns I had with my house foundation. Liberty was, by far, the most transparent and honest assessment out of the three. It was clear the other companies were only trying to make a sale, as they spent almost no time actually looking at & understanding the situation. Michael from Liberty took the time to look at my foundation, ask questions, and assess what was going on. He was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. There are so many companies in this industry that have been corrupted by private equity, Liberty is not one of them. I recommend Liberty to anyone with concerns about their house foundation.

  I can't say enough good things about Liberty Basement Systems! From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent, and a huge part of that was Karl. He was there every step of the way, always keeping me informed and overcoming any hurdles that came up during the project. No matter what questions or concerns I had, Karl always got back to me promptly and made sure everything was handled. It's rare to find someone who is so dedicated to customer service and genuinely cares about making the process as smooth as possible. If I owned my own business, I'd be doing everything I could to recruit Karl. Liberty Basement Systems is incredibly lucky to have him on their team. I highly recommend Liberty Basement Systems to anyone looking for a company that stands behind its work and provides outstanding customer service.
