  Tim exceeded every expectation we had. From the very beginning, he was professional, honest, and incredibly easy to work with.   Danny & his team did a great job repairing my deck and bringing it back to life. I initially hired them for just a stain and seal, but they identified structural work that had to be done which made the deck more safe in the long run. Now my young daughter can play on it worry free. Highly recommend!

  RGC exceeded our expectations in a custom repair of a custom deck. From the beginning we saw professionalism in action. There were very detailed notes taken during the free quote process. The sourcing of the exact materials we needed were hard to find, but they did. At all points we felt a commitment to satisfying the customer. After we chose them for the job, they continued to impress. The team went above and beyond even what was agreed to. Where they saw our deck could use more support to prevent movement, they added extra support. When they saw our young children they were sure to sand all the railing surfaces in great detail in order to prevent splinters. There was a difficult curved part of the railing that, at the time of the contract, we thought wouldn't be able to be replicated, but apparently someone on their team was capable of doing it and spent a large amount of time and expertise remaking the curve. They spotlessly cleaned up the work space at the end of each workday rather than leaving out hazards. All of these details and more they did automatically, without any extra cost, without being asked, and without explicitly being a requirement. And of course they also completed everything that was required. And they worked right through the worst wildfire smoke days! On top of this, they never tried to upsell us on something we didn't need or didn't ask for, so prospective customers should expect the team's expertise will be used to help you, not take advantage of you. Everyone who worked on our project was respectful and considerate and good at the job. I will be reaching out to RGC on any future relevant work, and others would be wise to do the same!
