  Was able to get appointment next day. Will arrived on time. Was pleasant and explained what he was doing and the cost, way more than either my husband expected. Am pleased with work.

  Erald came to our house and was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain to us everything. We have always had great technicians from Platinum. The secretary is always so kind which makes a huge difference because they are the face of the company. We are very pleased with Platinum and would recommend to anyone.

  Will was wonderful. He responded rapidly, was extremely polite and helpful. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, replace the part, explain the issue, and even compared the function post repair to the heater unit service visit earlier this year to give me an accurate estimate of wear and tear on the heater unit. Thank you for the great service!

  Outstanding service from start to finish. I appreciate that Ethan came in, introduced himself, assessed the job, and presented options before starting. In addition to the four jobs I scheduled, I asked him to look at my sump pump, and he offered alternatives. After learning what had been done in that area, I asked if he could reconfigure and replace my faulty sump pump. He called the office, estimated five hours, and completed the work. What a blessing, especially since we had a lot of rain afterward. Ethan was knowledgeable, and his expertise addressed my plumbing needs, which made me feel much better.   My water heater broke, so I called Platinum Plumbing and couldn’t be happier with how everything went. They were able to come out the next day, figure out what was wrong, and get the new water heater installed that same day within just a few hours. Mike was the plumber who came out, and he was great from start to finish. He explained the problem, walked me through my options, and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. Once I decided to move forward, he did a great job with the installation and stayed to make sure everything was working properly before he left. The whole experience was easy and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when something like your water heater suddenly goes down. I’ll definitely be using Platinum Plumbing for my yearly servicing and any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend Platinum Plumbing!
