  Scheduled me in right away. Some of the nicest people I have talked to. Answered all my questions. I ended up needing my pipes jetted and they did the service right then and there instead of making me reschedule. Cleaned up the mess from the puddle on the floor from the drain being backed up. Couldn't ask for more. Reasonable pricing as well.

  The staff at Sweitzer, now Call the Duck, were wonderful to work with. They responded quickly and had Koby to our house very quickly while keeping us informed the entire way. Once Koby arrived, he quickly made his diagnosis and recommendations and took a substantial amount of time making sure I fully understood the situation. Their pricing was very fair and there was no pressure at any time. They were fully transparent and easy to work with. I could not recommend Call the Duck enough. They have definitely earned another customer for life. Thanks again!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had an issue with a leaking pipe in my home that seemed to turn into a miniature rainstorm every time I turned on the water. Thankfully, I found Devin through a recommendation, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I called, he was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the problem efficiently, but they also took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how they were resolving it. I couldn't recommend Sweitzer HVAC & Plumbing enough.
