- JLJason LinnAug 4, 20265.0I've been using this company for many years, to service my U.V. unit. Brandon always does a great job...always on time, polite and professional.
- CMCathy McCormickFeb 1, 20205.0The staff at Advanced Water Resources are very professional from Jonelle answering phone to the qualified technicians who check all facades of our water systems. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend them. Thank you.
- TKT KellyJan 23, 20205.0Dan and Eli were great. Both knowledgeable and professional. Wouldn't use any other water service.
- RKRichard KOct 21, 20173.0I had met these people over twenty years ago but never signed up. Something turned me off about them.
- SEsir entynchanoJun 30, 20151.0The personnel at Advanced Water Resources(AWR) are perfessional, show up on time, and seem very friendly...that is until it comes to money as dealing with them has proven to be costly as a result of their lack of knowledge and negligence. AWR installed a neutralizer and water softener approx. 3 yrs ago. 1. Their erroneous calculations caused a drainage pipe to totally solidify to which they charged me hundreds of dollars to fix and correct, not to mention inconvenience of no water and they marred the paint in their area of work. 2. A connection to which they installed broke loose and flooded my house. This damaged many personal items, I had to replace my carpeting and deal with the inconvenience of moving everything to accomplish that task, and I had to pay a $1000.00 deductible to home owners. 3. During a service call, the technician produced a leak to one of their fittings. I was charged for the replacement parts and labor. I called to find out why and I was told that Jamie, the owner would be calling me back. That never happened but they did cash my check. These are the facts, you be the judge.
