- SBSusan Beckwith1 day ago2.0We had our freon refreshed just a couple of days ago. The tech saps everything was good. No issues. Today the tech came out to do the 6 month inspection said everything was good no issues. I come home from work and my ac thermostat is not working. He was the last one to operate it. An they want to charge me for another visit.
- MGMichelle Gettel1 day ago5.0Thursday night, 4th of July weekend, we smelled burning plastic, coming from the vents. Turned off the AC system and began the futile process of trying to find a 24/7 hvac service company. Most of those who advertised 24/7 service didnt even answer the phone and if they did, it was a "digital assistant".After 90 minutes of calling, stumbled across Comfort Pro, spoke to a real person who assured us someone would call us back within a few hours. We were skeptical but happy to say, someone showed up at our door by 10 pm. Nate was courteous, identified the problem and assured us we were not in danger of a fire. Parts were ordered and Cameron, also courteous, showed up this evening and fixed! Did I mention it was the hottest weekend of the year? Thankfully for their service.

He listened and within 30 minutes he had done the research and came up with a viable solution. He then came out to look at the existing unit and brainstormed adding what I needed to make the system work. He was very polite, knowledgeable and informative. Comfort Pro price was reasonable. I highly recommend Comfort Pro to anyone.
