  B &L Ott made a very good first impression with there communication prior to there visit. I found Cody the representative very friendly and knowledgeable in his job. He explained everything in detail that was available in heat pumps in regards to efficiency and warranty. Explained the differences in the units making recommendations in replacing ours made it easier for me to make my decision.

  Don’t recommend there service maintenance plan . They automatically take money out of ur bank and then forget to do the service. I cancelled the service for the next year and got refunded but did not do the summer service that I paid for. Not worth fighting them over it just going to give them the review. The service techs that did the maintenance the year before were good. Not bashing the workers just the bad business they run

  My parents have used B&L Ott to service their HVAC for years so when looking to install a system in my house they were the obvious choice. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable everyone was and how they worked with me to find the perfect solution for my unique, old house. The installation went so smoothly and the team made sure to keep me informed every step of the way.

  B&L Ott performed the replacement installation of my SDHV Unico system before I owned the home and I wanted someone who was familiar with Unico systems (even though they're not an authorized Unico dealer). I was so impressed with their knowledge and professionalism that I entrusted them to maintain my combi boiler as well. All the techs I've had are knowledgeable but Terry is legendary. He's friendly and thorough, as well as extremely knowledgeable in both the function and theory of all things HVAC. You can tell that HVAC is not only his job, but also his passion. I highly recommend B&L Ott for all of your HVAC needs.
