  Jeremy came out for the estimate, was super personable and answered all our questions and then Jordan came with his crew for the installation and did a great job. Very professional, friendly, cleaned up when they were finished and went over the operating instructions!

  Jeremy, Terry and B&L Ott are amazing. So dependable and always transparent with work and pricing. Very much appreciate their work and attention to detail! The install duo who put in my AC and mini split were also fantastic. Cleaned everything and explained the system before they left. Very happy with all the work!

  This was for the installation of a new ductless min-split a/c system. Nick and Fernando were supper. They arrived exactly on time and seemed very focused and got right to it. Jeremy (the salesman/estimator) stopped by to get them started. Both very polite as well as efficient. System is up and running and the whole experience went off without a hitch from our POV. Would totally recommend.
