  I had a great experience with Sanchez Contracting. From the beginning, there was never any pressure to take on a big project. I felt like they gave me the information I needed and let me make the decision on my own. I ultimately decided to move forward with a full roof replacement, and I’m very happy that I did. They were able to get me on the schedule right away, which was a huge plus. The entire crew was friendly, respectful, and professional throughout the project. They also did a really good job cleaning up when they were finished — you wouldn’t know they had just replaced an entire roof. Overall, the experience was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Sanchez Contracting to anyone looking for a roofing contractor!

  They did a great job on a full roof and gutter replacement, really enhanced my home's curb appeal. Great communication with the contractor price was clear, accurate and competitive. They also arrived on time and finished promptly. I highly recommend their work, they did a great job.

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Sanchez Contracting for my roof replacement. Jose was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He showed up exactly when he said he would, communicated throughout the entire process, and did an excellent job. One thing that really stood out was how respectful the crew was of my property. They kept everything clean and made sure the area was spotless when the job was finished. The quality of the work and the professionalism were outstanding. I would definitely recommend Sanchez Contracting to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional roofing contractor. Great job, Jose!

  Had them out for some repairs that a previous contractor did wrong. That went well but when I found some other repairs needed, Mr Sanchez said he would be out later in the week. Well they never called or showed up. I texted numerous times, called and left messages the following week, but yet again no answer and no reply. A call or text saying I’m too busy to get to you right now is what customer service is all about. I’m under the assumption either my money is no good or my job was not lucrative enough for him to help someone who really needed help.
