- JPjared parsonsJun 26, 20265.0When I decided to get my roof replaced I called Sanchez roofing because I had seen their work before. I called and Jose came to my house the same day and gave me a quote for the house and my garage. Jose explained everything that would be done and possible extra cost like rotted plywood after the old roof would be removed. When Jose's team came to replace the roof on the house it was amazing to see the detail and craftsmanship. Every step of the way Jose reached out to me with text and pictures of what they ran into and how the progress was going. They finished the house in 1 day and then came back the second day and replaced the garage roof. Very pleased with the work.

They did a perfect job, they protected everything around my home with tarps. They cleaned up very well!! I’m am totally satisfied with the job and I highly recommend Jose and his company. I got 4 quotes for my roof. Jose’s quote was in the middle, I could tell by talking with him that he knew what he was doing. His quote was only 1,100.00 than the lowest quote. The highest quote was 3,600.00 more. I made the right choice. Jose is a good man and his crew is top notch!!!!

They cleaned up, were reasonably priced and even replaced a small piece of wood for us that we needed on our roof. We had our roof flashing redone as well as new gutters. It’s looks great! Jose came by to check after work was done and was very professional. We recommend Sanchez contracting!
