My air conditioner stopped working, and Rachel came out out to inspect the unit. Although I decided not to move forward with the repairs right away, I deeply appreciated her honesty and professionalism.Instead of pushing me into an expensive fix, she clearly laid out three detailed options for me:Replacing the air conditioner condenser due to a burnt wire (while honestly letting me know that this might only last a week or two).Replacing the compressor.Replacing the entire system.Unlike many other technicians, Rachel didn't make me feel pressured at all. She gave me the facts and the space to make my own decision. It is rare to find a service company that values honesty over a quick sale. I highly recommend McGinley Services and Rachel for anyone looking for trustworthy AC service!
