  Had Brandon out today to service my AC and mini split and he was great from the moment he showed up. Before he even came inside, without me asking, he put on his own shoe covers to protect my floors and carpet — small thing, but I really appreciated it and it was an early sign the customer service was going to be top notch. And it was. He was super friendly and really took his time, didn’t rush through anything. He flushed the drain lines, cleaned the coils, checked the refrigerant and amp draws, the whole nine yards, and made sure both systems were running right before he left. While he was at it he found mold building up inside the mini split and actually showed me what was going on instead of just telling me. He gave me a few separate recommendations too, and explained a ton of stuff I honestly had no clue about, how the airflow and temp control work between the mini split up in the attic and the main central air unit, a deep cleaning to get the mold buildup out of the mini split, and possibly adding zoning to fix the airflow issues we’ve been having on the 2nd floor. You can tell he really knows his trade. Left me way more informed than when he showed up. If you need HVAC work, ask for Brandon - thorough, honest, and a genuinely good guy.

  Rachel was an amazing technician. She was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, and not pushy with add ons or extra things to sell. She got along great with our dog and my incredibly chatty 9 year old. Next time we get our A/C or boiler maintenanced, we're calling Mcginley and requesting Rachel again

  Highly reccomend contacting McGinley for all HVAC needs. They're well organized, honest, and have competitive pricing. John, Charles, and the installation team were all outstanding. The team did clean, quality work upgrading my AC system. We were provided with continuous updates throughout the project thanks to great customer service. Again, couldnt reccomend McGinley more.

  Rachael was absolutely amazing. She found the issue with my air conditioner and explained all my options. She was very neat and respectful . Even though it was extremely hot she was pleasant and patient. My unit is now running again . I will definitely recommend her as well as request her for my maintenance visits We we called back McGinley to see if someone would be able to come back to the house and check on the system. they responded quickly and scheduled a technician immediately Frank showed up within 30 Minutes and quickly resolved the issue. He was very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant, even though it was very late in the day. I am very pleased with the service and both technicians

  We had an outstanding experience with McGinley Services. Our air conditioning failed during one of the hottest stretches of the year, just before a holiday weekend, and the entire team went above and beyond to take care of our family. Charles spent several hours thoroughly diagnosing our existing system and carefully explained both repair and replacement options. Although repairing the system was possible, he never pressured us and helped us make an informed decision to replace it based on the age and condition of our equipment. He took the time to compare multiple replacement options, explain the pros and cons of each, and recommend the best system for our home’s size, age, and structure. A proper load calculation was completed before selecting the equipment, which gave us confidence that the system was being sized correctly—not simply replaced with a larger unit. What impressed us most was the speed and professionalism of the entire process. Our consultation was completed one day, and our brand-new HVAC system was installed the very next day. On the hottest day of the year, the installation crew worked tirelessly from morning until evening. They kept us updated throughout the entire installation, and when an additional part was needed to complete the job, they went above and beyond by locating it from their supplier after hours. Thanks to their dedication, they were able to finish the installation and make sure our family had cold air before they left that evening—just ahead of the holiday weekend. The installation itself was meticulous, and it was obvious that the team took pride in doing the job right. Their workmanship, communication, attention to detail, and professionalism were exceptional from start to finish. We also found the pricing to be very competitive, especially considering the quality of the equipment, warranty, and service we received. We are incredibly grateful to Charles, John, Ryan, Lauren and the entire McGinley team for coming through for our family when we needed them most.
