  2026 This company offers overwintering of awnings. The July 4th holiday is around the corner and despite multiple calls to them and being told it will be up in “the next two weeks”, I am still without my awning. I would not recommend.

  This company does not stand by the work they perform so therefore, I cannot recommend buying product from Mt. Lebanon Awning. I'm not sure if it is the company as a whole or just the customer service rep CAROLYN that handles service calls. She is just AWFUL. Just an overall nasty person and not professional. Don't recommend.

  Had an awning ordered and installed by them last summer. Had an issue with it that they fixed quickly and professionally. I really appreciate them taking care of their customers and making things right. It shows they care and take pride in doing the right thing. They make beautiful awnings, and have exceptional customer service. I would recommend these guys for all of your awning needs.

  I pay my bill in April…it’s now June and my awning is still not up? This is the second year in a row I’ve had to wait over a month after paying. Perhaps instead of the surging fees to install or take down awnings you could give me a discount? I’m due for a new awning next year and likely will take my business somewhere else.
