I have used Mt Lebanon awning for service and awning recovers for the last 12 years. The customer service has gone downhill, communication specifically. Between this, service issues, and significantly better pricing for a new awning and service was enough for me to switch companies. Edit: response to the response- The last thing I wanna do is contact your office and deal with the lack of professionalism again. Good riddance.

2026 This company offers overwintering of awnings. The July 4th holiday is around the corner and despite multiple calls to them and being told it will be up in “the next two weeks”, I am still without my awning. I would not recommend.

The previous homeowners had the awnings installed by Mt. Lebanon Awning. I wanted to upgrade the side porch from valances to drop down curtains. I could not be more pleased with the quality, the price, the turn around time, and the professionalism of their installers 😎 Love my new awnings!!!!

Always WAY behind schedule when putting up for the season. My awnings still haven’t been installed and I requested they would be first week of May. It’s now a month behind. They get more and more behind their schedule and I’ve been a customer for 13 years.
