  Oh boy do I have a story for you. This happened the other year and just remembered to post it. Performance came out to my house to clean my boiler, charged me way too much and left. About 2 months later my boiler went down during a cold snap. Losch was able to come out and immediately let me know the boiler needed serviced. After questioning why he would say that. I was assuming the Losch guy just wanted to make extra money since it was just serviced. He showed me my issues and showed me how wrong my assumptions were. Performance never cleaned or replaced a thing. A few of my neighbors have had the same issue as well.

  I'm impressed with the speed of the service provided by Performance HVAC. My technician, Eric was very knowledgeable with my split air system. He was a pleasure to work with. Colton Hinds was the technician who installed my new system. He is an experienced professional at installing my split air system, and a pleasure to work with.

  Eric is always professional and technically qualified. Always informs us of the service and our current status. Very satisfied with his work. I don't see a category for generator service.
