  Jeremy, installation crew, and communications staff of Performance HVAC could not have been more professional. The call for information, estimate, installation and complete thorough cleanup all within 5 days. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. These guys and gals really want to do a good job. Thank you all! - Update 3 weeks later: George Elliot just left after a reset of our system after a power outage. He explained what happened and how to deal with it in the future. He also carefully answered all other questions with easy to understand explanations. I wish we could find quality service like this company provides for us for other work and installations. The attitude, quality and professionalism they bring to the job is a rarity these days and commendable.

  Oh boy do I have a story for you. This happened the other year and just remembered to post it. Performance came out to my house to clean my boiler, charged me way too much and left. About 2 months later my boiler went down during a cold snap. Losch was able to come out and immediately let me know the boiler needed serviced. After questioning why he would say that. I was assuming the Losch guy just wanted to make extra money since it was just serviced. He showed me my issues and showed me how wrong my assumptions were. Performance never cleaned or replaced a thing. A few of my neighbors have had the same issue as well.
