You guys were very quick to get to this clients issue and that is greatly appreciated from us. He is a special client to us and thanks for getting there quickly and clearing his drain and telling me there is a sag in the sewer main but there's only one thing I would ask. That's if Daniel knows where the sag starts on the patio if not I'll have to go there with my Camara and Locator to redo some of what he did to be able to start the estimate for repairing a sag / a belly in the drain. Daniel said it's under the patio wall that somebody built. But just to know where the starting point is is what I'm trying to find out. Starting Point meeting from the fresh air inlet pipe back towards the house. I am away this week but when I get back I should be able to call And talk to you guys. Thanks Jim

Edit: Zoom came back to my home and completed our inspection at no additional charge. I appreciate their communication and making sure their customers feel well cared for. Previous: I contacted Zoom to scope the drain of a house that we just bought. We set up this appointment to check the health of our mainline leading away from the house and into the city sewage. The technician quoted the scope for $560: this includes sending a camera through the mainline and a report. No repair or clearing. We agreed to that- with the understanding that the price would go up to 600-900+ for clearing a blockage or possible repair. The technician pushed the camera through 2 bends and then the camera got caught on a ledge in the third bend and he could not "clear the ledge" to view the rest of the main line. At that point he recommended a "hydro flush", pushing water through the line to push the camera the rest of the way. The water would secondarily clear the mainline of any possible blockages. The price would then be $940 for the "hydro flush". We decided to pass on the hydro flush and accept the inspection up to the point that the camera got stuck since there was no evidence of a blockage/or damage to the line. The technician was upfront about pricing, punctual, and explained what he was doing. However, the job we wanted done was incomplete and ultimately we paid a significant amount to still be left with questions. I feel that almost $1,000 is a very high price point to flush water through a pipe- not with intent to clear a blockage, but to get a camera past a ledge- clearing being a side benefit, although there was no evidence that the line needed clearing. Overall, I am disappointed. I don't think I can recommend Zoom due to an incomplete job, but I can say that they are polite, punctual, and provide the opportunity to accept their quotes or not without pressure.

Jamir was very helpful, and he's both ultra-competent, a hard worker, very good at explaining things, and an all-around very nice guy. He got our terrible problems all figured out and went above and beyond in his service. Very impressed with Zoom Drain; we'd be in a real pickle without their level of service.

On September 14 2026, we received an amazing service from Zoom Drain. Lawrence Jarrett, was the technician who arrived in our house. Lawrence is a very polite, friendly, and personable individual with great communication skills and strong traits of professionalism. He took care of the problem we had with our kitchen clogged sink in a very efficient way. He payed high attention to detail and he was very careful to clean everything during and after he finished the job. He was very helpful to provide lots of advice and education tips on how to prevent the same problem in the future. He arrived within the predetermined time window and finished the job very timely. The service was overall excellent and Lawrence represented Zoom Drain's high customer service standards. I will highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone with plumbing issues especially Lawrence as a technician. Thanks again for this excellent service.

Overall, solid experience with these guys, though it came with a side of minor plot twists. First off, huge points for speed: they responded instantly to a main sewer line blockage a few months back and dispatched a technician within hours. Conor showed up, super nice and professional, and laid out a few options. I opted for the recommended hydro jetting for roughly $1,000, since it promised to obliterate the tree roots in my pipes. Victory, right? Well, the victory lap was short-lived. Just three weeks later, the line backed up again (and trust me, no clog-causing offenders go down our drains). I called them back under the warranty, and they sent out Tech #2 (whose name escapes me). Now, Tech #2 clearly drew the short straw that day because he did not look thrilled to be there. He got the job done, but not before casually announcing that Conor was never supposed to give me a warranty in the first place. Way to throw your teammate directly into the incoming traffic, man. But hey, he cleared the pipe, I thanked him, and off he went. The line is clear as of now, the warranty is gone, and I'm praying it stays that way.
