  We just had a new HVAC unit installed today, and the two gentlemen that came out today were AWESOME! shout out to Luis and Del! They were very efficient, they kept our home clean and made sure everything was covered, and made sure to do multiple checks to make sure that everything was installed correctly. They were super friendly and professional and made this a wonderful experience!

  Donnelly's plumbers did an excellent job repairing our plumbing. Dan, Mike, Joe and Nick thanks guys you did a great job unclogging drains and replacing the bad soil pipe section. Anyone asks me for a plumber recommendation I will pass on your information in a heart beat. You're the best!

  Well informed throughput process for replacing HVAC and Hot Water Heater. Many Technicians arrived to complete install. There was a group which removed HVAC and Hot Water Heater and left with old parts. While another Team of 3 to 4 Technicians completed install. They were a fine tuned machine. Once install was completed they cleaned and reviewed how system worked. Very pleased with whole process.

  Good step by step diagnosis of a major break in sewage pipe and blokage. Several solutions. I didn't like the first solution from inside so went w alternative quote that worked out well. Job was accepted in evening and everything started to happen within an hour w PECO and permit. Crew was very professional and experts at their part of the job.

  We hired Donnelly's to install a new A/C, heater, and hot water tank. They sent two technicians to install everything. The first issue was that they left my basement window open after the installation (finished basement), and we did not notice it until 16 hours later. It was very humid/hot so my basement was extremely uncomfortable and lots of outside bugs came in (and something larger could have fit through the open window). I did call to make them aware. I received a call several days later just saying they would make the install manager aware. A few days after the install, we noticed our shower making a noise, especially first thing in the morning. We called to have someone come back to check it. We were told the techs left air in the pipes and it would work itself out. It has now been almost three weeks and it is still happening. Donnelly's plumber told us it may not have been installed correctly, but there was nothing to worry about. We were also told by the salesman, Eric Jann, that rebates would apply to all three items: the A/C, heater, and hot water tank. After applying online and a few calls to Peco we were told no rebates would be applied due to the brand of items installed. A few days later we did get an email that the heater only had a rebate. We were also told by Donnelly's that we needed to have the units serviced once a year to maintain the warranty on the items. After the experience we had, we were not interested in using Donnelly's again. I called their main office and was told we had to use them. We have since reached out to the manufacturer of the items and were told that was not true and we could use a dealer of our choice. We had previously left a review about how great this company was initially due to a repair of our A/C. We got same-day service on a holiday weekend which we appreciated, since it was extremely hot at the time. This is why we decided to use them for the full replacement. While their communication is good about when they are coming, etc., the service aspect has been horrible. We made several calls to make them aware of our issues but didn't seem to get very far. On my last call, their customer service rep told me to stop talking and was incredibly blunt. She did tell me someone would come this past Monday to do a system check as a result of our concerns. No one called, texted, or ever showed up. If you are going to make such a big investment in your home I hope you will research the companies to make sure they are a good fit for your home. We will not be using them again and have shared our experience with as many people as possible so know one else has to go through this.
