  I recently signed-up for an annual HVAC, plumbing, and electric preventive maintenance agreement, and immediately had a plumber to install an overflow sensor/ shut-off valve on my hot water heater. The plumber, Shane, outlined the work to be performed, provided the estimate to install, finished the job promptly, and explained how the sensor/ valve works. Shane was professional, efficient, and personable. I am very pleased with my selection of Donnelly's Plumbing, Cooling, Heating, & Electric. We are off to a great start.

  Had service performed on our HVAC system by Amir. He did a fantastic job, checked and cleaned our inside system, checked all of our vents, and checked and cleaned our outside unit. Amir also made great recommendations for keeping everything in good running condition to ensure the system stays at its proper performance. Highly recommended.

  Called Donnelly's when my air unit went out with 100 degree weather. They came out the next day. Erik, our service rep, called that morning and let us know he was on the way. He was extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed our split air system and told us about their service plan as well. We are extremely happy to be getting cool air again. Thank you, Erik, and thank you Donnelly's!!!

  Recently, I had a clogged kitchen sink. I tried everything from Drano to a snake ...to some sketchy hacks that I found on line. Nothing worked. I called Donnelly (who I use for plumbing and HVAC) and they arrived promptly the next morning. Robert and Anthony tried everything to break up the clog but it was stubborn and deep. They contacted their supervisor Michael who brought in a camera that went down the drain. Between the 3 of them, they worked on it. They were almost to the point of needing to cut the pipe...but fortunately were finally able to break it up! It was clear that they were committed to resolve the problem. They were professional and well trained. And I will never put eggshells in my disposal again...what a mess!

  I called first AM to confirm as I had a toilet blockage which was limiting use of my showers and two toilets. I confirmed with the scheduler I needed the toilet removed and hydrojetting of the pipes. They confirmed this is a service they offered. The attendant that was sent out confirmed he does not do this but will try with the metal snake. Which I confirmed with the scheduler would NOT work. After tying up four hours of my day. The employee said they could NOT resolve the issue and did not have the tools to do what I asked. The employee asked me for $220 for his time which I paid. Then had the nerve to ask me to sign a document stating he completed the work he came to do. Which I did not sign. I would HIGHLY caution against using this company. I am out money, time and still no resolution I now have to wait another 24 hours to have someone come who CAN do the job I am asking to be done. Frustrating Worth noting I am familiar with the lay out of my house and was explicit with what services I needed. Quoted a very high price for drain clear out which I was willing to pay, but couldn’t accomplish the job.
