  Not so hard to find a reliable handyman service anymore! Russ did a great job replacing my outdoor lights. On time and very efficient. And they’d estimated 2 hours but since it only took 1 was only charged for 1, so honest on the billing too. Would use them again.

  Jermy was such professional, knowledgeable and genuine from the minute he walked in. He helped us with sealing our bilco door, replace Gutter facia and fixing plumbing fixture. He even gave us some advice on few other issues we had with other things and he was so helpful! I would definitely call him again :)

  The positive: Unlike other handymen we reached out, these guys actually responded and came when they said they would. The negative: Information wasn't passed from person to person in the company. So I got told different things throughout the project, and had to remind them of past conversations. They did not come prepared to finish the job the first day, so we had to schedule a second. The guy the first day said he had to do some finishing work on the project, but the guy the second time didn't do those things. Having an hourly rate made most of the job reasonable, but it also meant that we drastically overpaid for the work was done the second day (which again, should've been taken care of day 1). Overall was it an awful experience, not at all. But would we use them again, probably not.

  Jason was absolutely amazing! He was punctual, professional, kind, and incredibly tidy throughout the entire job. His workmanship was impeccable, and it was obvious that he takes great pride in what he does. He meticulously installed our hanging swing chair and ceiling fan with precision, yet worked efficiently and finished everything quickly. Everything is perfectly secure, level, and looks fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for high-quality work. 10/10!

  I have had two major jobs done by the Ace Handy Service. Replacement of weathered cedar shingles over a garage roof over hang, and repair to a concrete slab patio. Comparably NO other roofing company in my area was interested in only a small job. Ace was there with a fair estimate and great work was done. Only the shingles were replaced not the flashing. There was a minor glitch after the work was completed. We had a bad storm a section of flashing was blown off. I called ACE and after an inspection they agreed to do a full replacement at NO cost to me. The next project was to repair my patio. There were many broken and shifted high sections on the patio. All were ground down, caulked and cement repaired. Now it is ready to be painted in a Trompe L'oeil technique making all the cracked sections look like slate slabs. That's my job since I am an artist. When done it looks exactly like variegated steel blue slate. And most people standing think it is slate! The work crews were the most important part of the jobs. Knowledgeable, polite, almost non-stop as they worked through these projects. I Highly recommend this particular ACE group for their high standard of workmanship and their care and concern for getting the job done right! J. Eisenberg
