- TTTom TambelliniJul 10, 20262.0Shed scheduled for install on 6/26. Confirmed 3 times prior to that date and did considerable prep work in order to be ready for them. Notified of a delay on 6/25 due to mechanical issue with a truck. Nearly a month since it was scheduled to be installed and I still don't have a shed or a solid installation date. Very Disappointing. Wish I would've noticed all the BBB complaints before paying so much money up front. After a month and several frustrating calls/texts, and still no shed, but we have a date. Scheduled for install on 8/3. We'll see.

The salesman took the time to find the perfect shed for our needs. The install team came and left. They left the site as clean as it was when they came. Would highly recommend.

Someone came out and adjusted the door but I got water in the shed today after a hard rain. I continue to get water in the shed during hard rains. The company was supposed to come out today (6/12/2026) to address it again, but I have not heard from them. $9000 for a shed that leaks and no support.

He did a great job comparing and contrasting the different models. all communications were prompt, professional, and straightforward. The Tuff Shed installation scheduling team were also professional and the gentlemen who constructed/installed it was also professional and punctual. I will use Tuff Shed again and will recommend it to my friends.
