  I never leave reviews,good or bad because I usually just don’t bother.Im going to make an exception in this case.I had three companies provide bids for a full house siding job.Schultheis brothers bid was significantly lower than the other two.This alone usually makes me skeptical.I couldn’t have been more wrong.The crew showed up Monday morning ready to work. They put in 5 twelve hour days until the job was completed. There was no disappearing for an hour and a half for lunch or showing up late with a flat tire excuse. They took about a 15 minute lunch on site and then were back on the ladders. The attention to detail was second to none. The area around the house was cleaner when they left than when they got there. I am absolutely impressed with the job they did. I think every neighbor so far has stopped by and told us how impressed they are with the finished product. I will be getting a roof replacement next year and I’m thankful that the only company I need to deal with is the one I used for this job and also the company that I would wholeheartedly recommend to my own family

  Due to wind damage, I had to bump up my planned time for a new roof. Due to the wind damage, I had documentation needed for my insurance company. Every phase of the new roof process was excellent with SCHULTHEIS. The office staff was helpful and professional. The quote was thorough and quick. The roofing crew was hardworking and polite. The job was completed in one day despite the replacement of many boards. I highly recommend SCHULTHEIS!

  A week ago, a technician came out to repair my a/c. He was timely, professional, and fixed my a/c. Upon reviewing my invoice, I e-mailed the company asking what I thought was a simple question to answer, why was I charged $231 for the repaired part that retails for $65 (meaning they likely paid much less). Apparently, they either did not want to provide an answer or were upset at the question because they have chosen to ignore me. I did not think a company would rather lose a customer than answer a simple question. Perhaps they will suddenly care if a review is posted on google.

  This morning I woke up inside what can only be described as a residential crockpot. My AC had stopped working, it was already 82 degrees in my house in Murrysville, and the forecast was calling for 94. I was one more degree away from seasoning myself and accepting my fate as a slow-cooked brisket. That is a pretty vulnerable spot to be in, and honestly, the kind of emergency AC repair situation where some HVAC companies could absolutely take advantage of you. Schultheis Bros HVAC did the exact opposite. Nathan was at my house in Westmoreland County within 2 hours, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had my air conditioning back up and running in about 45 minutes. He was professional, honest, fast, and the price was extremely fair. I won’t say exactly what it cost, but I’m pretty sure I’ve spent more taking my kids to Chick-fil-A after letting them “just get one thing.” If you need AC repair, HVAC service, or an honest company near Pittsburgh that won’t take advantage of you while you’re melting into your couch, call Schultheis Bros. Five stars. Would absolutely call again, but hopefully not while I’m being braised in my own living room.

  In September, Clark and his crew did a great job on our roof replacement, so when our heat pump quit working in a July heatwave, Schultheis Bros was my first call. They were extremely responsive, Mike arrived within an hour and was able to quickly diagnose and repair our condensing unit. We are so grateful to them for keeping our house cooled on the hottest day of the year, and multiple great experiences make it easy to recommend Schultheis for hvac and roofing services.
