  Our tech was super thorough. Found an issue with our CO and fixed it on the spot. I was expecting him to come and turn on the heater and see it works and leave. thrilled with the visit

  Had an issue with mold and clogged drain in a couple of my minisplit units. They were very responsive and had a tech at my home in a couple hours. He was extremely professional and got everything cleaned and cleared. Once again glad I am using Schulthies Bros.

  I never leave reviews,good or bad because I usually just don’t bother.Im going to make an exception in this case.I had three companies provide bids for a full house siding job.Schultheis brothers bid was significantly lower than the other two.This alone usually makes me skeptical.I couldn’t have been more wrong.The crew showed up Monday morning ready to work. They put in 5 twelve hour days until the job was completed. There was no disappearing for an hour and a half for lunch or showing up late with a flat tire excuse. They took about a 15 minute lunch on site and then were back on the ladders. The attention to detail was second to none. The area around the house was cleaner when they left than when they got there. I am absolutely impressed with the job they did. I think every neighbor so far has stopped by and told us how impressed they are with the finished product. I will be getting a roof replacement next year and I’m thankful that the only company I need to deal with is the one I used for this job and also the company that I would wholeheartedly recommend to my own family

  Due to wind damage, I had to bump up my planned time for a new roof. Due to the wind damage, I had documentation needed for my insurance company. Every phase of the new roof process was excellent with SCHULTHEIS. The office staff was helpful and professional. The quote was thorough and quick. The roofing crew was hardworking and polite. The job was completed in one day despite the replacement of many boards. I highly recommend SCHULTHEIS!
