- JQJohn QuinnAug 8, 20265.0I came home on a Saturday night from a 4 day trip and found water leaking from my kitchen ceiling and a huge puddle of water and large ceiling stain. I called Rick Hartman Plumbing, left a message and asked for a return call. Within a few minutes I was contacted by Damon G the plumber on call for the weekend. He quickly traveled to our house by 8:30, set up tarps to protect our kitchen island and floor, diagnosed the issue (a pin leak, our first ever) and then proceeded to find and fix the leak. He quickly fixed the problem and cleaned up the area and had us back in business by 10 pm. He even gave us a recommendation for a good drywaller to repair the new hole in our ceiling. 😊. We will call Rick Hartman for any future issues. 🤞

I contacted Rick Hartman plumbing and not only were they able to schedule a sewer inspection within 48hrs, but they returned to walk the interior and send plumbing reno estimates on short notice. I’ve met or spoke with 5 of their employees and during each conversation I felt that they were being friendly, transparent and fair. I intend to work with their team as long as I own the home!!

I am still in shock on how reasonable the price was for same-day, emergency service. Look no further because this is the company you need.
