    Reliable HVAC company to do business with. Their customer service is very good. I have been using this company for several plus years now for servicing and install of 2 new systems as well as my office. They seem to be very reputable and have always shown up on time for scheduled appointments. The employees have been outstanding with the recent AC unit I had installed in my attic. Dave, Chris the Marine Corps veteran and Alex all were very helpful. They made sure I was happy with everything. They also made me feel at ease with the amount of work they had to do as well as the things to be tidied up after the install. Very happy with this company. I must also add and give credit to the estimator Matt ! he was helpful and professional, took his time to insure we were purchasing the right unit for proper fitting and placement of the unit.     I highly recommend Phillips Heating and air for any repairs or new installations needed. Mike, Ian, and Wesley were very respectful, personable and very eager to answer any questions I had during the installation process. The costs were very reasonable and Matt who came and gave me the quote didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. My continued business to Phillips can be counted on from here on out, that’s for sure.

    Marion & Westley were fantastic! They fixed the A/C unit on my roof. They explained, everything they had to do and the costs along the way. They were knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure to work with both of them! I highly recommend them!

    I have spent my last dollar at your company. Your tech said there was small loss of R410 in our system. To find the leak was going to cost $555.00 to check up to 4 points of leakage. God knows what checking further would cost. Then to replace the R410 you are going to charge me $271 for one pound of the coolant plus another service call. I checked and this stuff costs you between $10 and $20 per pound. This is as bad as the $200 you charged me for a $20 capacitor the last time I had a problem. We have been loyal customers for almost 20 years but no more.

    Eric from Phillips came to service my A/C/ furnace. He was extremely thorough and covered every detail of operation including refrigerant and a new filter. A/C is running perfectly. I highly recommend Phillips for all Heating and Cooling repairs.
