Brandon Holtz was knowledgeable and easy to work with on the decision and design end. Kramer Haydu and his construction crew were efficient, professional, and skilled. We are very satisfied and happy with the look of our 3-season screened in porch. It’s exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend Patio Enclosures, Brandon Holtz, Kramer Haydu, and the rest of his team.
- BBbj bachaMay 9, 20263.0The sales process was simple, no high pressure and no stress. I will say that the expectation of completion of job provided by the sales person was a bit unrealistic. We even stated that we weren’t in a super rush given that we signed on back in January. The porch that was being enclosed was pre-existing and given that these installs are custom built, once everything was measured and ordered things moved smooth rather smoothly. Communication leading up to the install, and during the install was pretty good overall. That is until our door was not ordered nor installed during the initial installation phase. So that pushed the finished project back another month. The overall product was good as the installer of the door did seal up some gaps and other issues during the initial install. However, we have been communicating about a crack in one of the panes since the initial install and that is yet to be rectified. We are in mid May and are still not at 100% complete. I would give the work itself a grade of something in the high fours but communication is probably in the twos, which is how I score the overall job a 3.25 We’ve had to ask the same questions too many times without action and that gets frustrating.
