  We booked a port-a-potty from Keystone for about half a year. It was largely a no-frills affair, as you might expect. Our service was friendly, straightforward, and fairly consistent. Pay once for delivery and pickup, and pay a monthly fee. We can't fault these guys for not being able to service during storms (especially the winter). We did have a few misses during our service where supplies were replenished or the unit was cleaned but not emptied and it was during some of our heavier use so it would've been nice. Lastly, we were a bit frustrated that Keystone was not willing to pro-rate our final month as we only used it for a few days. We understand that the unit was cleaned once but I feel that something could have been done to lower the cost, like charge us for 1/4 of the monthly charge. All that said, we would probably rent again if we needed one.

  We have been using Keystone Waste Solutions for several years and are very pleased with their service. The staff is friendly, professional and easy to work with. They have been reliable and able to provide prompt and clean services. No complaints from our employees using their Port-A-Johns. In addition to the above, they are a Veteran owned Small Business which we are happy to support.

  Was able to help our non profit car club for a charity event we were holding and they came thru very last minute! Very professional, very honest! Highly recommended for any and every portable bathroom needs in the area!
