  Mike was awesome taking diligently our concerns. We move in a new house and surprisingly had a problem with the AC system another company started.   After another contractor stopped returning my calls about my broken air conditioner, I contacted JDC Heating & Cooling. They answered right away and had a service technician at my house within the hour. Michael, the technician, was friendly, professional, and, most importantly, thorough. Unlike the previous contractor, he didn’t just make assumptions. He checked the thermostat wiring, used diagnostic equipment to test the outdoor unit, went into the basement to inspect the blower and wiring, and performed a complete evaluation before diagnosing the problem. Even though their office was closed for the holiday, they arranged for an estimate on July 3 so I could get my AC replaced as quickly as possible during the extreme heat. First thing the next business day, the installation team arrived and replaced the system with a more efficient unit without any pressure or upselling. The technicians were courteous, kept me updated throughout the installation, and took the time to explain the new system before they left. Overall, it was a professional, responsive experience from start to finish. I really appreciated their help and would happily recommend them.
