  Wow, this was a total transformation of my home. Dave actually talked me into a different color combination from the light color I was going for. So glad I listened to him. Also his crew was AMAZING, his lead carpenter, Rosa, did an incredible job of ripping out these ugly bird boxes under our box gutters plus plumbed out the corners of our house. The house was originally constructed in 1880 and redone with bricking the bottom in 1982. The top was not plumb so there was a lean on the front right and left corners. There is no lean now! They were done in 3 days and end of each day they did a very thorough clean up. Afterwards they did a complete review of ever single area, caulking, replacing the downspout, verifying no nails plus putting back the roof shingle (tied the scaffolding to it, very typical process). Included pics. Also best pricing over 2 other companies. Found via the James Hardi website, of which DC Mullins had the highest rating awarded by Hardi. Will be changing out the deck area this spring as well as painting the bottom to match the top

  I have nothing but compliments for DC Mullins construction. We had the majority of our home replaced with James Hardie stucco board and trim. The crew was professional and very conscientious of the work they did. It looks fantastic. Prices were much better than the other company we received a quote from. I would highly recommend DC Mullins.

  DC Mullins provided great quality work. I appreciated how knowledgeable they were about the siding that they were installing, and how clean they kept the job site. Highly recommend!

  The exterior of our home was synthetic stucco and it was not holding up well to the local climate. We decided to replace the EIFS with a combination of James Hardie siding and stone. We contacted James Hardie for installers in our area and they connected us with two. The things that set D.C. Mullins apart from the competition were their willingness to include some small construction elements needed for our design and lower pricing for both the siding and roof. Gary did a great job collecting the requirements. Dave and the crew were able to make our design a reality. The crew was very hard working and diligent. They also did a great job of preparing for the contractors who had to follow their work – the stone mason and the window installers. Our home turned out amazing! We highly recommend D.C. Mullins.

  When my wife and I decided to renovate the exterior of our two-story English Tudor I knew I had to hire a contractor for such a large job. I carefully researched contractors and obtained multiple estimates. I selected DC Mullins Construction company based on the owner’s years of construction experience, reviews, professionalism, and quality of the construction supplies they utilize. The owner of DC Mullins was professional, courteous, and laid out a detailed plan for my project along with a clear timeline for the work. When the work started I was impressed with their crew’s attention to detail, cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. The crew showed up promptly for work and were always professional, courteous, and friendly. I appreciated their attention to detail and how they all seemed to work as a cohesive unit. The owner would oversee the work and was very good a communicating with my wife and myself. I have always believed that you get what you pay for – DC Mullens wasn’t the lowest bid, but I would have paid extra for the service and the quality of work we received. The project turned out excellent, enhancing the beauty and value of our home. The next major project we undertook, a large deck and covered porch, I didn’t even look for estimates – I went straight back to DC Mullens Construction. I would recommend DC Mullins Construction without hesitation – you will not be disappointed.
