- AWAmanda WetzelSep 20, 20261.0DC Mullins replaced the siding on my home just before I purchased it, eight years ago (I have all of the paperwork from previous owner). A 12-foot horizontal plank fell off the front of my home a few weeks ago and I first went to them. No one answered the phone over the course of a few days and the mailbox is empty. I also did not receive a reply to email. Perhaps they do good work, but I find the complete inability to connect with an employee to be unprofessional. Furthermore, while eight years is some time, I don’t think entire planks should be falling off at this point.
