  Had a siding, soffit and fascia, gutters project I wanted to get done this year. It was time. My first interaction with Cousins was through their salesman Joe. He was awesome. The installation process was done with great precision and skill. It there were any issues or concerns I was able to communicate easily with Calvin. By text or a phone call. Communication was really great! I am really blown away by their quality of work and product. Amazing job guys and girls!!! I couldn't be happier. It's like having a new house👍

  Cousins worked with us the whole time and did a great job.They were the only bidder that suggested a better fix to our chimney chase problem which lead to us having them do the entire roof (which also had issues). Thanks to Chris, Christian, and Samantha. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately and we couldn't be happier with the results! Thanks! Now we're looking forward to having them take care of our front deck.

  I had my 14 year old roof replaced on July 16, 2026 by the local company of Cousins Roofing, Siding, and Decks. The entire experience was not easy to accept but very positive and reasonable. There was water damage inside the house from the very intense ice storms back in December/January. It was determined that a repair may not take care of the problem entirely and it could not be a guaranteed fix. I decided to have the whole roof replaced to ensure the repair was permenant. Calvin and the rest of the Cousins crew were professional, courteous and thorough with implementing the whole process to replace the roof. Right from the start when I received a text with a photo and bio of the representative coming out to evaluate the work and a quote, the customer service was above board. The whole experience was very impressive and of the highest standard. I highly recommend this company for any roofing issues that we homeowners must deal with over the years.

  I have a deck/gazebo project I am considering and reached out online to Cousins. I received a callback the very next day, and got an estimate appointment scheduled for a few days later. Chris from Cousins arrived right on time for the appointment, reviewed the site, and had a good dialogue with me about options and made some suggestions that I had not even considered. He was able to provide me with an estimate at the end of the appointment, right within the timeframe he said he would need. I am not sure yet if I am going to go through with the project, but I got a great sense that Cousins would do a very professional job.
