  I had Brookline Plumbers do a dye test and a camera lateral test on my parent's home. They were very personable, quick and went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to my friends and family.

  Needed our main water shut-off valve replaced. It was easy to schedule, and the guys were quick and efficient. Happy with service and price.

  I've used them in the past with mixed results, but figured I'd call them for simple job of fixing a toilet that needed a new flush valve. The guy replaced the part, but left one of the bolts under the tank not tightened all the way. This resulted in a small leak that wasn't evident until the next day when water from the tank leaked in to the ceiling of my kitchen right below the toilet. This actually caused more damage that what the repair was worth. I called, texted, sent pictures (attached here), and never got any response about this. The only times I've heard from them is to remind me to pay the invoice. Do yourself a favor and avoid this group of non-professionals.

  You don't get price upfront which is bad business. Called and cancelled them and they sent guys out didn't have name on truck . Thought they were another plumber I called . Overpriced big time .would never get them again
