- HBHeather BradleyAug 30, 20261.0DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR FOR CONCRETE. We had a sidewalk and steps replaced. The men showed up and worked but the quality of work was terrible. Step cracked a week after it was poured, the 90' angles on the steps were missing concrete, the corner of one step was missing and the repair is obvious. They had to hire someone outside of their company to try and fix things. They made a horrible mess exposing the aggregate- my landscaping is covered with a thin layer of concrete and I am still removing concrete from my house and windows. Damaged several shrubs. Very hard to get a hold of Rick to get answers. God bless their secretaries.

I was out of town while they were doing the work, but Rick gave me daily updates and sent photos and videos of the progress. It was a difficult job, but they got it looking really nice! check out the before and after photos
- JFJ FJul 13, 20192.0We hired Americo to replace our driveway and retaining wall. Initially the experience was very positive, the crew was very nice, showed up promptly and worked very hard. BUT the quality of work that I expected for the price we paid did not meet. Poorly planned retaining wall construction, severely chipped block and a rushed concrete poured driveway are just some of the reasons for my disappointment. I do not blame the crew that did the work, I blame a lack of management and direction. Most importantly DO NOT give final payment until ALL work is complete!!!
