- BHBtl Hntr!Jul 21, 20265.0Cooper our technician was great, Sadly temps were in the upper 90's and I had media blasters only 50 feet from him. But he pressed on! He did a thorough check, Battery showed 13.4 Volts not down to bad. We had contracted for battery service. Cooper caught the issue, Battery not being charged. We went inside and sure enough two fuses. one per panel and also both associated with charging the battery. It is nice to have pleasant, respectful, customer service person ! AND, knows his job and product, but also thinks beyond the job. Thank you, MT Ruhl, You took great care of my client. Home Owner Services.
