  We contacted Pro Floors Philly after our original contractor fell through to put new flooring on our second floor. We had all of the materials and just needed someone to do the install. Mike from Pro Floors came out quickly (on his way home from vacation, no less!) and took all of the measurements and gave us our quote on the spot! Mike was extremely professional and listened to what we wanted for the flooring and gave us a detailed description of how the install would go. The installers showed up at 10 on the install day and were done by 3. They were very diligent and not disruptive at all (I work from home) and did an amazing job. The floors look beautiful and they did a fantastic job with the finishing pieces to top it off. Our upstairs looks amazing. When the workers left, they even took our old wall-to-wall carpeting that we had ripped up at no additional cost! We were very satisfied with the price, the process and the professionalism of Pro Floors Philly. We are looking to have the hardwood floors on our first floor refinished in the near future and will definitely be calling them when we're ready. Thanks for a job very well done!

  As first-time homeowners, we decided to purchase our own LVP and hire someone through Taskrabbit for the installation in an effort to keep costs down. Unfortunately a lot of the work needed to be redone due to lack of attention to detail and cleanliness in the installation. We then reached out to Pro Floors Philly to complete the room we hadn’t gotten to yet and to see if they could fix the issues throughout the rest of the house, and we’re so glad we did. Mike came out to look at everything within a day of me calling, and he was super helpful and confident that his team could do a great job on both the new and the existing fixes necessary. Knowing we were working with a tight timeframe, he was also super accommodating in getting us onto their schedule asap. Once in the house, the team worked efficiently, both fixing the issues in the existing flooring and laying the flooring in the remaining room, without sacrificing the quality of the work. The difference in the before-and-after photos really speaks for itself, and they checked in afterward to make sure we were happy with everything (the shoddy is the before, and the clean is the after. I also attached a photo of the new room they did for us, which looks amazing). Their pricing was extremely fair, especially considering how much corrective work was involved. In hindsight, we should have gone with Pro Floors from the beginning instead of trying to cut costs and source everything ourselves. We couldn’t recommend Mike and his team more!

  They did such an amazing job redoing the floors in our studio! They were upfront with price, breaking down the cost of each flooring, came prepared with plenty of samples and made the process so easy! The installers were on time, and did an amazing job and left the place clean afterwards!

  I cannot say enough good things about Pro Floors Philly! They did an amazing job with my floor refinishing in Rittenhouse and I would definitely recommend them. The team was on top of the project from start to finish and made me feel like I did not have to worry about anything. Lots of proactive communication and a friendly team!

  My husband and I recently bought a historic Tudor home in East Falls, Philadelphia. We knew that refinishing the original hardwood floors would be one of our top priorities before fully settling in. We are glad that we chose to work with Pro Floors Philly. Mike was a pleasure to work with and a wonderful point of contact throughout the entire process. His patience and ability to address our concerns with such kindness and grace are unmatched. As for the labor, the lead crew did a stellar refinishing job. The deep scuff marks left from the previous owner's dogs are gone and the stain color that we chose with their guidance came out to be a beautiful rich mahogany that exceeded our expectations. We will definitely work with them again when our budget allows us to refinish the second and third floors.
