They removed a load-bearing wall, opening up our Fishtown row home from front to back which required engagement with a structural engineer. Start to finish, we found them responsive, punctual, respectful, and creative. We felt completely confident in the critical structural decisions that were being made as well as the advice we received on floor finishes, etc. They brainstormed a unique steel channel header (rather than the boring wood/drywall version) and even repurposed an original piece of wood when finishing the channel, adding a ton of charm to our old rowhome. We would 100% use them again and recommend them to friends.
