  The past two winters I had an absolute saga with my heating system (boiler with radiators)—and if it weren't for Joe and his crew I'd still be having trouble! If you don't have time to read my whole review, here's what you need to know: Joe and his whole operation are amazing—professional, skilled, communicative, clean, and they provide great service and value. I can't recommend them highly enough. When my boiler (not installed by Joe) stopped working consistently two winters ago, I was flummoxed since it was barely ten years old and to make it even more confusing, the unit would start back up and work (seemingly) flawlessly before quitting for days in a row. The company who had done the original install wasn't around anymore, so I called Joseph Giannone Plumbing & Heating. The guys who came out went above and beyond trying to get the root of the problem, no easy feat when the boiler would pretend like nothing was wrong most of the time. They serviced the unit and returned every time it gave me trouble (which was about every six weeks) to get it going again. This winter when it started acting up again even earlier in the season, they recommended I replace it. When they replaced the unit, they let me know that it had carbonized beyond repair, but weren't sure how that had happened in only ten years since the rest of the system looked okay inside. A few weeks into having the new unit, we figured out the problem: the previous owners had expanded the house and put the entire vent stack for the heating system outside from the ground floor with no insulation. This meant the system wasn't able to draw properly in the cold and that was what had led to my old boiler carbonizing. And it would have led to the same problem with the new one eventually, too. Joe himself came out and reviewed the whole system with me, walking me through the physics and spending considerable time talking me through my options even though he and his crew don't do chimney work. After getting a bunch of quotes from chimney companies (none of whom would guarantee that their work would fix my issue), I was pretty near despair so I called Joe back. He came up with a plan to replace my new boiler with a high efficiency unit that would avoid the chimney issue entirely, and would give me credit for the new boiler that they'd just put in. Since the water heater (near the end of it's life anyway) was on the same vent system, they replaced that for me at the same time. Joe himself led the install. They removed the old b-vent from the outside of my house and took out the old units, dug out the concrete to run new PVC intakes and exhausts outside for the new HE boiler and the water heater, and installed everything flawlessly. The work is excellent and my whole time working with everyone at Joseph Giannone Plumbing & Heating was wonderful. Thank you so much!!!

  fixed some pipes but also changed some supply lines which caused a leak. i was told that happens sometimes. so i have to keep the water off until i buy a new faucet but still had to pay full price. overall not a great experience tbh

  Had a great experience with them fixing leaking water heater. They had a unit on hand and we were able to replace it same day. They checked it out. Reasonable prices
