  Exceptional service. They were able to diagnose my issue, and repair it immediately. Communication was great, they explained exactly what needed to happen and then fixed it. The two plumbers assigned (Joe and I think Alfonso but it could've been Alonso) went Out of their way to make the repair as convenient as possible :) Thank you so much! Would definitely hire them again and recommend to everyone.

  Joe G and team did a great job for us in researching options and then installing a new toilet to replace a leaking older one. We’re in an older building and some sizing issues came up. Joe personally reviewed options and made expert and much-appreciated recommendations. All worked out well, and the other Joe and Mike did a quick, clean, perfect installation. We will work with Giannone Plumbing again for all future projects in our Old City loft. Very happy with their service!

  After the horror finding a huge pool of water building up in the ceiling of my townhouse kitchen (just below the 2nd floor bathroom) I called Joseph Giannone - based on his excellent reviews. After personally returning my call, Joe sent his plumber, Dan, to out to evaluate the situation. Dan is kind, thoughtful and informative. Dan let me know it was a problem with my "stack", that it was cracked and need to be replaced, along with several of the lines that fed into it. Joe sent me an estimate for the work and once I paid the deposit, he scheduled me for service. To ensure the correct parts were ordered, a day before the work, another member of the team, Mike, very polite and also thoughtful, came by, carefully took note of what was needed and took pictures. Two days later I was pleased to see Dan and Mike had been assigned to do the job. Like many townhouses in Philly, my place is old, with ancient plumbing with dubious retrofits. Dan and Mike were like wizards as they navigated the house and addressed its needs with modern plumbing components. Dan said it was like building with Lego. It took two days, but they were able to replace the stack and change out most of the old corroded pipes. I'm delighted with their efforts! They transformed my bathroom from a place where you crossed your fingers each time you flushed, to a dependable, modern facility. I'm grateful to Dan and Mike for their hard work, problem solving and excellent plumbing skills! The price was reasonable and the work was top-notch. I highly recommend Joe Giannone and his team if you want solution oriented, honest and reliable plumbing repairs.
