  Jerry Hines was an our technician and he was awesome! He arrived at the time quoted…respected our home by wearing shoe booties…explained the problem and his resolution in relatable terms…and neatly and proficiently installed our outdoor security light. He also alerted us to electrical issues that need to be address in the near future - no heavy pressure. I highly recommend Mr. Hines and Gen3!

  I’ve used Gen3 for a variety of electrical work over the years (new water heater, mini split install, outlet/wiring issues) and they’ve always done a great job. I recently discovered aluminum branch wiring in my house and scheduled Gen3 to come out for a full-house evaluation. Jordan Kuzowsky and Gordon Coleman were our electricians for this eval and they were both fantastic—clear about what they were doing and what they found, laid out our options for what we could do to fix it, and were super friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

  Very happy with the service we received from Gen3. They came out and gave us a free quote very quickly after contacting them. They were incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and friendly and they did a beautiful job with the repairs we needed. I want to specifically call out Prince, Nell, and Jaaron for great customer service and a job well done!! I also appreciated how I was not charged a penny over the estimate. Highly recommend!

  My experience with Gen3 has always been spot on. Vertis and his colleagues were super professional, timely, organized and a pleasure to have in my home installing an entire new HVAC system. Rob, who came out to asses our needs was also very helpful , professional and informative. Vertis made sure that I understood how to operate my new system, was impeccable in cleaning up and made paying the balance super easy on his device. The pricing was basically the same as other companies I contacted , but I chose Gen3 because of their quick response to our needs and I really think they have a talented and bright group of individuals on their team , which includes the support staff , as well the installers. I am very happy with Gen3.

  Fantastic experience with this first-time service call! Our technician, Jadan Talbot, showed up on time and conducted a thorough evaluation of the two separate air conditioning systems (including a roof unit!) in the townhouse we're moving into. Periodically he checked in and showed us photos of his findings and patiently explained options to maintain or upgrade items, or to fix problems he had detected. On completing his evaluation he presented a grand proposal, along with lesser proposals with fewer options. He answered all our questions and gave us adequate time to consider the proposals, then we customized the proposal, item by item, according to our choices and budget. Upon our signing the proposal he and his co-worker Chris performed the chosen tasks. We appreciate that Jadan was able to survey, diagnose, and treat the HVAC system all in one day - I felt we were dealing with an honest, friendly, and straight-forward individual. Based on his performance, we decided to sign up for the Gen3 maintenance plan. We look forward to having Jadan and Gen3 available to service the system in the coming year.
