  Just had two rooms painted by Joseph and Joanna, who did amazing work. Including play room for our son, with some drawn on and painted geometric shapes. Great job, super professional. Very easy to work with. I would highly recommend these folks and would absolutely use them again in the future.

  Can’t thank you enough guys! Kevin on paint and Brent on backsplash gave our kitchen that “wow” factor! Professional, courteous, prompt and tops in their respective trades! Easy to talk to; easy to work with! This is our second job done by Enhanced and we would not hesitate to use them again! Many thanks and don’t ever change that work ethic!!!

  We used this company for a full bathroom renovation and only have good things to say. The company was very transparent with each step of the process. Fernando was sent to make the job happen and he does extraordinary work. He made our vision come to life. The attention to detail, the craftsmanship, communication, professionalism, and so much more. Fernando poured his heart into our bathroom and it shows in the final project. Thank you!!!! Recommend 10/10.

  Had a leak in the wall of my bathroom, EPA turned those lemons into lemonade! I was so impressed by the way my bathroom was being rebuilt that I kept adding onto the job. At the end of it Fernando had made me my dream bathroom, their partner company refinished my hardwood floors and Kevin, Jojo and Joanne repaired and painted the first and second floors. I'm genuinely excited about how the space looks and feels, a huge thank you to everyone on the team. They were respectful of my home, able to explain what they were doing (old house) and really brought the wow factor. I'll be back!

  This was not the first time I’ve used Enhanced Property Appearance, but this project has been our biggest to date. I have always had an excellent experience with Enhanced Property Appearance from start to finish. They repaired and restored my basement after water damage, including drywall, trim, painting and the finished space looks fantastic. They also helped with several additional projects around my home, including electrical outlets, light fixtures and wall repairs. The entire team was professional, reliable and incredibly helpful. They communicated well, showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently and paid attention to details (even taking care of a small repair I hadn’t asked them about). Everyone I interacted with made a stressful home repair process so much easier and I really appreciated their flexibility in helping me tackle additional projects while they were here. Special shoutout to John for managing this project so well and keeping me in the loop! I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would absolutely use them again for future projects. Highly recommend!
