  We recently completed a full interior remodeling of our house, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. From the very beginning, both teams (James - working on the floors and Joseph - the leader of the painters) were professional, organized, attentive to detail, and truly committed to delivering high-quality work. Every part of the project was handled with exceptional care — from demolition and reconstruction to flooring, painting, lighting, and finishing details. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and the transformation of our home is absolutely beautiful. Both crews maintained excellent communication throughout the process, kept the project moving on schedule, and always addressed our questions and concerns promptly. What impressed us most was their dedication to quality. The entire renovation process was smooth and stress-free, which is rare for a project of this scale. Our home now feels completely renewed, brighter, more comfortable, and far more functional than before. We are extremely grateful for their hard work and professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy remodeling professionals.

  We recently had several rooms in our home painted by Enhanced Property Appearance, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the final results.   We’ve hired Enhanced Property Appearance twice now, and will continue to do so for any painting, minor repairs or improvements to our home. Joseph, Mark, Frank, Joanna and Brennan are an exceptional painting team and went above and beyond practically every step of the way. In addition to the full kitchen, bedroom and 2 bathroom repaints, dry wall repair behind our front door, ceiling water damage in several rooms and crumbling cement around our basement steps we hired them to do, they addressed unexpected / unforeseen issues with everything from removing an unused land line outlet to mitigating mold hidden behind water damage to the ceiling in our guest bathroom. Sean and Dan did great work handling electric, plumbing and hardware upgrades and even installed new smoke detectors we had just received and fixed a closet door that wouldn’t stay on track. John and Jeff made the initial inspections and dialing in the scope of work feel effortless, even though I know how much of a high maintenance customer I can be! We feel like we moved into a new home and look forward to having them back soon to improve the few remaining areas of our home they have yet to work on. Thank you!

  Frank and his team were great. After our initial inquiry, Frank scheduled a consult right away with a same day quote for a drywall repair and paint refresh after some water damage. He sent out Kevin for the job who was absolutely phenomenal! Extremely personable, hardworking, gave clear timelines and followed them, and the finished work was immaculate. They left my house good as new! Definitely will be using their services in the future.
