They got us the report very quickly, and it was easy to schedule a day/time on short notice. And fwiw— our inspection was in South Jersey (some of their inspectors are licensed in both PA and NJ). It was also easy to add on a sewer line scope, and they coordinated so that pest inspection occurred at the same time as everything else

It was clear that our main inspector, Luis, had a deep knowledge of his profession and was generously passing this along to his trainee, who was also wonderful. Admittedly, this is the first time I’ve gotten a home inspection, so I don’t have much to compare to, but I would recommend Eagle without hesitation & have no doubt I’ll come back for future inspections.

While it won't reveal every possible issue, it provides an evaluation of the overall condition of the home. The inspection focuses on the visible and apparent condition of the structure and its components at the time of inspection, rather than predicting future conditions.
What does the home inspector inspect?
Our home inspectors thoroughly examine various components of the property, including the electrical system, heating/boiler system, plumbing, foundation and framing, roof, walls and ceilings, windows and doors, siding, insulation, exterior, attic, driveway, garage, grading, basement or crawl spaces, and interior water penetration issues.
Are termite and radon included in the general home inspection fee?
Termite inspections and radon testing are not included in the standard home inspection fee. We offer these as additional services. When combined with a home inspection, termite inspections cost $95.00, while radon testing is priced at $145.00.
How does pricing work?
Our pricing is based on the square footage of the home and its year of construction. For duplex or multi-unit properties and commercial spaces, additional charges apply.
Should I attend the home inspection?
We strongly encourage you to attend the home inspection. It's an educational opportunity where you'll learn about the current condition of the home and how to maintain it in the future. Your presence allows you to ask questions directly to our building expert, maximizing the value of the inspection.
How long does the home inspection take?
The duration of the inspection varies depending on factors such as the size and age of the home, and whether anyone is attending. On average, our inspections typically last about two hours.
What is the home inspector's background?

What is radon? Do I need it when buying or selling a home?
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that forms when uranium in soil, rock, and water decays. It's the second leading cause of lung cancer and poses a health risk when it accumulates to dangerous levels inside buildings. Since we spend significant time in our homes, it's important to have your property tested for radon. The gas is only a concern indoors, not outside.
Can a house fail inspection?
A house cannot 'fail' a home inspection. The inspection is a visual examination and objective assessment of the property's current condition. Our inspectors describe the physical state of the house and indicate which components and systems may require repair or replacement.
