Professional, timely, informative, and insanely valuable inspection. We plan on purchasing a home we are currently renting and this gave us great piece of mind and the tools needed to make the right moves. Evan was excellent and very personable. We look forward to staying connected to the company through our journey!

I used this company three times, twice for the house I bought and the repairs. My inspector was super polite and seemed knowledgeable, however. Shortly after I moved in there are issues that should have been caught in inspection, specifically a leak in a brand new roof. I emailed the company to see what I should do and got no answer (of course because they already got my money). Use someone else if you can.

So amazing for our home inspection! Walked us through every water shut off, electric connection and appliance in our house so we would know where it is and how it's working upon move in! Incredibly honest and well priced.

Evan Schardinger did an amazing and comprehensive inspection of our new house! He took the time to explain all the issues, potential problems they could cause, and estimated costs to fix them. We had a fantastic experience with Eagle Inspections!

Jason G. was outstanding inspector and the service he provided was top of the line. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience that he provides to you along the way and made me feel confident in my decision in purchasing the home. I would recommend Eagle and Jason to anyone that asked.

Frequently Asked Questions About Eagle Inspections

What is a home inspection?

A home inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of a residential dwelling. It's designed to identify observable material defects within specific components of the dwelling on the day of inspection. While it won't reveal every possible issue, it provides an evaluation of the overall condition of the home. The inspection focuses on the visible and apparent condition of the structure and its components at the time of inspection, rather than predicting future conditions.

What does the home inspector inspect?

Our home inspectors thoroughly examine various components of the property, including the electrical system, heating/boiler system, plumbing, foundation and framing, roof, walls and ceilings, windows and doors, siding, insulation, exterior, attic, driveway, garage, grading, basement or crawl spaces, and interior water penetration issues.
