  It’s really hard to get prompt service. And when you have large, reactive dogs who are used to being outside— not having a working fence is a real hardship/inconvenience. We are about to go away and I can’t get the company to service my broken fence for another 2 weeks. I’m so nervous to go on vacation with the dogs’ normal routines all out of whack. It’s also very expensive to have a technician out! I’d consider a different product if I had to do it again:(

  Invisible Fences are awful. Any responsible pet owner would never get one. They do not keep your pets safe from other animals (stray dogs, wild animals, etc.) and they DO NOT RELIABLY KEEP DOGS IN! Dogs can get used to the collar and choose to ignore it, that’s assuming there is no other human error at play. My dog and I were charged in the middle of the street this morning by a dog that just ran through its invisible fence “barrier”. It could have been so much worse! The other dog was probably hurt by breaking through as well. Spend your money on a REAL FENCE if you care about your pets and neighbors at all!

  The team from Invisible Fence did a great job for us. From Installation to Training everything was completed on a professional level. My dog looks forward to having a new and safe play area.

  The team was personable and explained the learning curve well. My last Invisible fence was 10 years ago and we happened to buy a home with it installed. Our pet Oaklee is picking it up quickly. Thank you team Invisible Fence.
