  We had an excellent experience with Jamison Waterproofing! They installed a French drain, wall vapor barrier, and new sump pump in our basement as well as a vapor barrier under another floor in an addition on our house that was baffling built directly over dirt. We had multiple companies come to our house to provide quotes to address moisture issues. While Jamison had a higher price, they also quoted higher quality products (a thicker vapor barrier and a more sophisticated grate drain system with access ports), so we felt the cost was justified. I was also impressed by the many rave reviews online and was curious if they could live up to it (they did!) Ken came to the house to do the quote, and he couldn't have been nicer. I appreciated his knowledge and his quick communication in response to my follow up questions. We were on a tight timeline, and he was super helpful in getting us scheduled quickly. A crew of 6+ guys did the whole job over a Saturday and Sunday beginning at 7:30 AM. Our team included Kareem, John C, John V, Nasir, Eric, Louie, and Ken. They were the most good natured group of contractors I have met, greeting me with smiles whenever I popped in and explaining what they had done. Kareem checked in with me regularly by phone with questions or updates. It was a big job, and I am impressed with how hard they worked and how quickly they did it. We are already planning for them to do the basement waterproofing at my sister's house, as well. With something as important as waterproofing to prevent mold, we wanted to make sure it was done right, and I feel we made a great choice. I think they run a first class operation.

  I was totally impressed with the team from Jamison Waterproofing. Kareem and his crew: John, Adian, Naseer, Gus & John were THE BEST. Began the day promptly and worked hard all day as well as troubleshooting unexpected problems! They ensured that the job was done to the highest standards. I really appreciated the quality of workmanship and their professional manners throughout this job. They were exceptional along with their care for our home covering all the floors and cleaning up each day after they were done.

  Jamison just completed an interior french drain installation at my house, and they did a great job. They were on time, protected other areas in our home and basement from dust, and did a skillful installation. The end result looks very professional. Kareem and his crew were a pleasure to work with.

  I had a dehumidifier installed in the basement. Elleri arrived and was very professional and installed the unit and went over the operation and care and answered all my questions and made sure I understood how it worked. I will definitely be using Jamison for the next stage in my basement renovation

  I give 4.5 stars for the results. I had my underground downspout drains replaced and re-routed to empty into the grassy area in my backyard. The workers were overall skilled and I am happy with the end result. Luis, Gustavo, and John C were assigned to work on my project and they were good. The cuts were cleans, connections tight, and concrete nice. They did good work in the end. By the end I think they did what they could to be sure I was happy with the job. Gustavo is skilled with laying concrete. And John C was remarkable. He listened to my concerns even though he wasn’t on site the first day and he went above and beyond the second day to ensure I was happy with the work. John C was able to take constructive criticism and mixed the concrete to perfection. I give 4.3 stars for the experience/service. Some things happened on the first day that did not sit right with me. I entrusted them to do the job that was quoted to me and some things went differently than what my expectations were. I was very upset and spoke up about it the second day. Manager Steve came out and did everything he could to rectify the situation. He went above and beyond to be sure that I was satisfied with the end result and I was. I ended up sitting outside and supervising the work the second day because I was so uncomfortable with what happened the day before and I’m glad I did. I believe in honest reviews so I have to say I personally don’t like to feel like I have to do that. I prefer to be able to take a nap and trust that the work is being done as it should be. So my advice to anyone interested is to be extra clear on your expectations and speak up if something isn’t going right. They have good customer service and they will strive to make things right and do things to the customers satisfaction. Special Thanks to Steve for coming out the second day, listening, making corrections, and staying the whole day to ensure the job was done right.
