  Paul Davis Restoration Of Pgh Owner Shane N His Team With Kris, At My Wits End, He Took Charge Of My Wrecked Bathroom, Severe Plumming, Issue N Kitchen Disaster In A Home Over 100 Years Old That Noone Else Would Dare Touch!!! Shane Walked Me Through The Process From Picking Out New Designs And Planning Every Single Detail Of Correcting These Problems. They Took Bathroom Down To The Studs, Removing Eight Inches Of Concrete! Ran New Plumbing, Put Up New Walls, And Joyces That Wern't There To Begin With! Shane, Kris N His Team Were Very Professional N Spot On Completing Every Single Thing Agreed Upon! We Now Have A New Functional Walkin Shower N Bathroon With No More Rain Showers In The Kitchen!! My Father George Who Can't Walk, Got To See It N Was Amazed!!! Would Refer Them To Anyone Who Wants Work Done Correctly! They Deserve HGTV Cameras!   Water damage caused by frozen pipes knocked out our entire finished family room. We selected Paul Davis as our contractor led by Shane and his team. Shane navigated the insurance claim, ensuring every area of damage was covered. His team members, Ben and Brandon, completed the job, delivering exceptional work. Brandon and Ben are absolute masters in their specialty which included drywall, plaster, tile, electrical and plumbing. Both employees attention to detail as well as their professionalism were top notch. We couldn’t be happier. Shane’s organization and thorough project management created a truly seamless process, tackling every issue head on, exuding confidence and experience rarely seen in today’s restoration/construction projects. Paul Davis himself stopped in, checking in on the progress and introducing himself. The whole team’s professionalism and work ethic left a lasting impression. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Codey and Shane Jr. were awesome to work with on my insurance claim for an ice dam causing water damage to the interior of my property. Codey contacted me quickly and communicated clearly and thoroughly, and was helpful guiding me through the inspection, mitigation, and rebuild estimate processes. He and Shane Jr. were very knowledgeable of the insurance side of things and their process, and I felt like I was in great hands the whole time. Shane Jr. conducted a very thorough inspection of the interior, patiently listened to all my questions, and addressed my concerns in layman's terms that gave me a full understanding of the situation, root causes, and next steps. Overall, while I obviously wish the circumstances for working with them were different (no ice dam requiring an insurance claim), I'm very thankful for them and PDR and would work with them again without hesitation. Thanks for taking such good care of me, guys! :)
