  I cannot recommend Scott Shannon HVAC highly enough. When my HVAC system unexpectedly stopped working in the middle of the summer, I called Scott, and he was at my home within an hour. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that I was dealing with someone who genuinely cares about his customers rather than simply trying to sell a service. Scott thoroughly inspected my system and quickly determined that the unit had frozen over. Instead of rushing into unnecessary repairs, he took the time to clearly explain what had happened, why it occurred, and exactly what steps I needed to take to allow the system to function properly. Considering my HVAC system is not even two years old, I greatly appreciated his honest assessment and willingness to educate me throughout the process. What impressed me even more was his commitment to ensuring the problem was truly resolved. He promptly returned approximately 24 hours later to reassess the system after it had thawed and worked diligently to identify and correct the underlying issue. That level of follow-up and dedication is incredibly rare today. Beyond his technical expertise, Scott is professional, courteous, and genuinely personable. Communication was excellent from the initial phone call through the completion of the service. His pricing is extremely fair and transparent, and unlike many companies today, he does not charge a dispatch fee simply to come out and diagnose the problem. That alone speaks volumes about his integrity and confidence in his work. If you are looking for an HVAC contractor who is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, reasonably priced, and truly puts his customers first, Scott Shannon HVAC should be your first call. I would recommend Scott without hesitation to anyone in the area for all of their heating and cooling needs. It is refreshing to find a company that still believes in exceptional customer service and stands behind the quality of its work.

  Our AC compressor stopped compressing and needed to get someone out. Due to some past experiences with other HVAC cos, I have a lot of anxiety and trust issues with our system. Scott was FAST and FRIENDLY. He explained what he was doing and it felt like he was looking for the correct solution, not just a doing the replace the whole system up-sale I've come to fear. He found it was the capacitor, changed it out and was on his way with my AC back in tip top shape. THANK YOU SCOTT -- happy to have found someone I can trust.

  Had an issue with our furnace that needed a replacement part. Scott and his team ordered the part and wasted no time fixing our issues as soon as they could! Scott also came out on Sunday evening to assess our issues. The house was brutally hot and we have a toddler as well so we were nervous. We appreciate all that this team does and will call for any services in the future!

  Our AC stopped working on a 92 degree day. We called Scott after hours (5pm) and he got to our house within 20 minutes and fixed the problem. He knew the issue, replaced the part and got our AC back on. Thank you, Scott!
