  The crew that came to our home, Frank, Mike, Keith and Kevin q were extremely courteous, and respect our home during the process. They left the home the way they found it. Would highly recommend Retro Foam and especially this crew

  RetroFo did an amazing job my house feel better in the winter and summer I felt the difference immediately and the noise from outside has lessened to bring so quiet in doors The workers were neat n clean and where they work I couldn’t tell Great co this was for wall insulation

  The work looks fantastic, foam insulation behind vinyl siding Everything was put back in place and wiped down. Did another walk around with no follow up required. After the job was complete Mike P., Frank and Keith went over all the steps that they completed. Indicated what to look for inside and out if a problem should arise. And if there is a problem just call and they will come back out. Also went over the lifetime transferable warranty. The 3 gentleman were very professional.

  Recently we had Retro Foam insulate the crawl space area one of the bedrooms in our residence. All of the representative and employees were friendly, knowledgable and did a fantastic job cleaning up at the completion of the project. We will have to wait until this upcoming winter to determine if the project was a success in keeping the room comfotable.

  I scheduled an appointment with RetroFoam two months ago to obtain an estimate for insulating a wall. Prior to the appointment, I was given a $3,600 quote even though no one had come to my property to inspect or measure the project. I specifically requested that our previously scheduled appointment remain in place because I wanted an on-site evaluation and accurate measurements before making a decision. After waiting two months for the appointment date, no one showed up and I received no notice that the appointment had been canceled or rescheduled. As a homeowner, I expected the project to be inspected and measured before receiving a quote and expected better communication regarding a scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience and not the level of professionalism I was expecting.
