  I had an excellent experience with G. Fedale for a small siding repair project. From the start, Rob Orwig was incredibly responsive and addressed my request in a timely manner. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process, which made everything easy and stress-free. He treated a small job with professionalism and care. I would highly recommend G.   We had our entire roof (including plywood) removed and replaced, ridge vent and smart vent installed by the North Wales office. They did a fantastic job, all in one day, including cleanup. They took extra care with that due to our having a dog. After about 5 years, we noticed excessive granulars coming off the shingles. Contacted G. Fedale and they told us to contact the manufacturer to file a warranty claim. When that was done, we contacted G. Fedale again and they were very accommadating with helping us gaher the information needed for the claim, including removal of sample shingles to send back and pictures. We are now waiting for approval from roof manufacturer to have it fixed. Great customer service. Would highly recommend. Thank you Justin, Shane and Mickey.

  Working with Mike and then the project manager Tyler made on our project easy. We did a large project that had multiple change orders and Tyler executed everything to our satisfaction. I would recommend G. Female to anyone looking for exterior work. If possible ask for Tyler as your project manager. Mark M

  Last February our roof was destroyed by a tree that fell on it during a storm. Not knowing what contractor to turn to in order to make the repairs I posted to our local Facebook community network. Almost immediately Chris Shelly from G Fedale reached out to us about coming to assess the damage. The next day he showed up and did a thorough assessment of the damage and tarped the roof in areas that would leave the inside of our home vulnerable to water penetration. Having no prior experience dealing with having to make an insurance claim on our home, Chris insisted on basically being our liason to Statefarm to ensure they would make us whole on the repairs and not try to fix only the minimal which, of course, they tried to do. To make a long story short, Chris, working with the facts of the extent of the damage, was able to get our entire roof replaced. Once approved, the management of the project was handed over to Tyler, who did an incredible job facilitating the project every step of the way. He came by regularly to check on progress and to make sure we were satisfied with the work and would even stop by after hours with his adorable French bulldog Sully that our kids lived to play with. You guys were absolutely amazing and we can't thank you enough for the exceptional quality and service.

  We called the Fedale group when we had leak. They thoroughly evaluated our aging roof and diagnosed the problem, unfortunately we needed a whole new roof. The price was very reasonable and the communication throughout the process was EXCELLENT, led by project manager Tyler VS. The onsite job was UNBELIEVABLY smooth, start to finish was 3 full days. Each day the crew, led by Mike S, meticulously cleaned up (stacking debris neatly in the dumpster). No nails were found in the area after the job was complete and the dumpster was picked up timely. All in, about a pleasant experience, one can have getting a new roof.
