  Not a good experience with this company. After our front door was installed, it seemed a bit off kilter and tough to lock and unlock, but we figured it would loosen up as it aged. Nope. Our fault though. That said, we were still in our warranty window, and it was getting worse and worse - as in we had to push hard against it with our shoulder to even lock it. Things got really bad then: 1. I get stood up for my in-house appointment. 2. My appointment arrives, and I have to convince the guy that my door isn't working. After he finally realizes how badly out of plum it is, he apologizes and leaves, telling me he'll be in touch. 3. Week after week goes by, with their customer service telling me to "let me know if you don't hear anything." (BTW: Why is it the customer's responsibility to get back to them when it is their team not doing their job?? Why is a middle-man needed in this case??) Finally, another person comes out and he was just as mystified by this door not being plum as the first one was. Not comforting. He leaves with a few small tweaks made, and we cross our fingers that the manufacturer's (Provia) lifetime (limited) warranty will help, and that he'd let me know what they had to say after he describes the situation. Lo and behold, that was three weeks ago, not a peep back, and I give up. Buyer beware.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and the exceptional service they provided from beginning to end. From my very first conversation to the completion of my siding project, everyone was helpful, professional, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure I was happy. I especially want to mention Kyle, who was wonderful from the very beginning. He took the time to truly listen to my wants and needs for my siding project and answered all of my questions. What impressed me most was that he never pressured me to make a decision. In fact, I took almost two weeks to decide, and Kyle was completely patient and understanding throughout the process. I really appreciated being given the time to make the right decision for my home. Tyler, the project manager, was also exceptional. His communication was outstanding, and he checked in with me almost every day throughout the project. I always knew what was happening and felt that my questions and concerns were important to him. That level of communication made the entire process so much easier and gave me tremendous peace of mind. The workers were also wonderful. They were very kind, respectful, and professional, and they did an excellent job cleaning up at the end of each day. I also want to give special recognition to the Matt, who installed the windows and doors. He was extremely helpful, kind, and professional, and I truly appreciated the care he took with the work. I am so happy that I chose this company for my project. From the exceptional communication to the quality of the workmanship and the kindness of everyone I dealt with, I truly could not be happier with my experience. I will hands-down recommend this company to anyone looking for siding, windows, doors, or other home improvement services. They made what could have been a stressful project feel easy and reassuring from start to finish. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful experience!

  Had a great experience with G. Fedale. The crew was professional, the work was done right, and the whole process was smooth from beginning to end. It's hard to find companies you can trust these days, but these guys earned it. Highly recommend.
