After a complete power outage in my home, he came and spent four hours doing troubleshooting and realized that the problem was outside and probably underground, causing unequal voltage in the neutral coming into my house –and that it was a PECO problem. He was even willing to speak to the PECO repairman to explain what he found. He came back several days later to replace a bad circuit breaker switch. Now everything is back to normal and I appreciate the personal service he gave me to make things right.
