  I had a great experience with The Jaydor Company yesterday (5/18/26). Jon Fink and Warren Birch were professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond during the repair visit. They took the time to make sure everything was working properly, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. What I appreciated most was their honesty and attention to detail. They made a few recommendations for additional items that could use attention in the future, and their suggestions were very helpful and never pushy. I felt confident moving forward with the additional work and was impressed with how quickly they were able to get me back on the schedule. Highly recommend Jon & Warren for both their workmanship and customer care!

  The service I received was fabulous. When I called initially because the garage door would not open, the president of the company, Josh , came out to manually open the door so I could get the car out to go to work. The repair tech, Jack, arrived first thing Monday morning and proceeded to replace the broken springs efficiently and answer my questions. I highly recommend the Jaydor company. By the way my garage door is between 15-20 years old.

  Professional. They Stand behind their work. we had an issue they came out to correct it quickly. be sure to double check the details on your initial order. The rep who did the initial measurements and intake Put in for the wrong size rails and they were installed (!). Another team came out to repair it with a quick turn around. They also came out quickly when the rubber seal came loose.

  Highly recommend, had a great experience from the beginning to end. My sales person was excellent in providing the information I needed and getting all the options organized for me. Installation was very impressive and the whole team was kind and knowledgeable. Would be happy to recommend to family and friends.

  Our garage doors would not automatically close unless you held down the control button inside the garage. Frank basically told us that our units were over 10 years old and had to be replaced. He provided a reasonable estimate and we accepted. The new openers/equipment will be installed next week. So good great response time, good diagnosis, good estimate, good turnaround. Now, let's get some garage doors that we can close pressing the button inside our cars!
