We bought a garage door from Jaydor through the Costco partnership. In the few days between ordering and install, a tree fell on our house and we had to postpone the project. Jaydor checked in with me every few months to see if the house was rebuilt enough to complete the job. Vera was understanding and sympathetic to our situation. I never felt like they were pushing us to complete the install before the house was ready. It took almost 2 years to get to a place where we could finish this project, but the door is on and it looks amazing. Cameron did an install and tuning that has everything working perfectly. Amazing work from start to finish and I couldn't be more satisfied.

This is the absolute worse place you can have your door repaired. First the service guy, if you can get him to come out, incorrectly trouble shot the door. Then he said he would give a quote same day... yea right ! A week later I was still calling the most aggravating person in world, who gave nothing but a run around. Unless you love self torcher and gross incompetence stay far away from Jaydor.

We were having issues with our garage door not opening and called Jaydor. There was a bit of confusion about my appointment but the first tech (Warren) was apologetic about the mix-up and let us know what we needed to do. He took pictures and sent to management so they could bring out the right tech with the appropriate equipment. They were able to schedule someone in last minute (and after 3pm) to accommodate our work schedules. The second tech, Ken Springer, came through with all the right tools/equipment to fix our complicated garage set up. He was detail oriented and efficient. He was also friendly and didn't mind explaining what he was doing. Our door is all fixed! He let me test it as many times as I wanted which I appreciated. Would definitely use Jaydor again.

We had two other companies come out. While Arthur agreed with the assessment of the problem from each of them, he came up with a more elegant solution. The repair was affected without having to schedule an additional appointment. Arthur and Sean were very efficient and pleasant to work with. I would recommend them for any garage related issues.

We had a door with failing hinges. I called Jaydor to help. They sent a tech to assess the situation the next day and Ken was sent to make the repairs the following day. Ken was an excellent service tech. He was kind, helpful, funny and worked around our business meeting that happened to be occurring at the same time as his repairs. Highly recommend this company.
