  It was an excellent experience. Mark, the technician, appeared on time. He quickly assessed our needs and did the repairs necessary to get our garage door running smoothly. The whole visit went quickly and was very reasonably priced. He was also very personable. I would highly recommend the Jaydor company.

  Hi, Yesterday Jim from Jaydor came to our home and educated me on garage doors. First of all, Jim is a really nice guy, and very, very knowledgeable. He walked this "old timer" through the entire project from the beginning to the end, and explained everything so that I could understand it. He described the new technologies and why they were important to us. He explained all of the hardware options and described all the different price points, so that my wife and I could make really informed decision. I can't think of a better sales person than Jim Schneider to represent Jaydor door corporation.

  I can't say enough good things about Jaydor. They are contracted with Costco, and from my first call with Jim Radcliffe (ask for him), I knew this would be the company I was going with for my new garage doors. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and has been with Jaydor for over 30 years. The deal through Costco made this a no brainer. Fast forward to the installation, and two of the nicest guys came to my house. Cameron and David were courteous, professional and did a great job (I'd ask for these guys as well). All in all, if your looking for new garage doors, sign up for a Costco membership if you're not a member yet and go through their program. I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jaydor to anyone who'd ask.

  We went through a membership program to have a garage door opener installed and they connected us with Jaydor. As it turned out, a standard ceiling mount opener was not going to fit because of a structural beam we have, so Jaydor sent Jon Fink to investigate. Jon is a miracle worker. He examined every inch of the situation and long story short he recommended a side mount opener. Since we would have to replace the spring system in the door to make that work and our old door was super basic, noisy, and dented, we were also convinced to just get a new door while we were at it. I got a second opinion from another company and the pricing was similar but the other company wasn't willing to try the side mount opener (it's a TIGHT fit to the specifications in the manual) so we took our chances with Jon's proposal. The team at Jaydor (Jim, Rob, Vera, etc. -- I am sure I am forgetting someone who helped us! They all worked well together) worked with the membership program to get the changes to the contract sorted out so we could order our door and schedule install. The process was ultimately long (we also have an HOA to contend with but they made sure to write the invoice to say how similar the door would be) and I followed up on both sides a few times but eventually everybody figured it out and ultimately they were all trying to give us the best deal so no complaints here. Jon installed the new door and opener in a matter of hours on a super hot day and it has been life changing. We use our garage daily for bikes and strollers in the summer and for the car when it snows. Even our toddler is impressed and telling everyone about her new garage door with buttons! We are super happy and forever indebted to Jaydor. If you have ANY kind of weird situation with your garage door or opener, absolutely give them a call and ask for Jon.

  Cameron arrived early and immediately got to work removing the old doors. He had the new doors installed before lunch and completed the job efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Before leaving, he took the time to walk us through how the doors operate and provided clear instructions along with the warranty information. Cameron was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. We are extremely pleased with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
