  Amazing service! Got an appointment within 24 hours, came on time, polite technician, offered options on repair, no pressure. A pleasure to work with. Quinn was excellent. Highly recommend!!!

  I called Plumb it Heat and Cool it because my toilet wasn't flushing consistently. Tech came out, very friendly seemed knowledgeable. He took a look and did some other checks and said he'd be back in 15 with an estimate. He came back with 3 prices ranging from 5k to 2k. I'll leave out the details of all the unnecessary things that were included in the highest plan, but even the lowest plan had a toilet replacement because apparently they won't even touch the toilet brand I had (Glacier Bay). More expensive then I was hoping but I told him I'd think about it. Then the red flags. He calls the office and they both start to hard sell me on the price. I politely and firmly tell them to just send me the estimate. After multiple times they do and leave. To the tech's credit, he found a critical issue where my water pressure was double what it should be and needed to be fixed asap, but when I already have these red flags going on I stopped trusting anything they said. Now the fun part! I call a different plumber I found recommended on a community FB page. He comes the next day because of the major issue, he confirms it and tells me the cost of the parts and what I'm paying for the labor if he does it. His price was $425 compared to $875 from PHC. After he finishes he looks at my toilet and sees the same calcium build up the original tech noticed. Instead of trying to sell me on a water softener the plumber spent 5 minutes scraping the mineral deposits out and the toilet flushed like it was brand new. 5 minute fix and PHC wanted to charge me $1,151.00 for a toilet replacement. I will give credit that PHC was friendly and they identified a legitimate critical issue I was not aware of, but looking at their estimate now and they wanted to charge me $4,801.00 for what turned out to be a $425 fix and 5 minutes of time.

  Plumb It Heat It Cool It consistently provides the highest level service you could want for your HVAC system. They come out almost immediately, they’re fairly priced, and their techs (shoutout Shawn O, the best they’ve got) are the most knowledgeable, and really know what they’re doing. 10/10 would recommend.

  Had out hot water heater replaced. They were able to do it same day as our consult. It looks great, and was a much needed upgrade. Very professional, good with dogs, and friendly. Will be hiring again in the future when we have additional home projects.
