  Great experience meeting Jason Z. He is knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, very personable and a pleasure to talk with. The pricing is reasonable and the work will take place the same day. Steve P. arrived to begin & also complete my work as requested. He literally spent roughly 12:30PM to about 7:30PM to complete my list of work which was truly a lot for 1 person for 1 day. He too was pleasant, personable, educated in his craft and took the time to explain certain things that I needed to make decisions on. He was thorough from start to finish. I will not hesitate to recommend this awesome company to my family & friends. One happy customer! Thank you!

  We had a great experience with Thomas Edison Electric. Every aspect of communication was seamless, and the appointment was quickly scheduled. Jacob and AJ were prompt and professional. There was no hard sell. They assessed our need and provided us with clear explanations and options. They provided a very reasonable quote and immediately set to work once we agreed to the plan. Then they solved our problem quickly and painlessly. They were model employees and we were completely satisfied with their assistance. We will definitely call on Thomas Edison Electric again!

  Had 30 feet of electric baseboard heat on two breakers mis-behaving intermittently on its 24V thermostat. Cameron heard my experience, diagnosed the problem, confirmed the failure with testing, replace the failed part (control relay) and confirmed correct operation through testing. Through all the work Cameron was focused and effective, but light in his nature, having fun at work, and has excellent communication with a non-electrician. I can see why Cameron is training others....

  I am in the process of selling my home and had a couple electrical issues. 1. I installed two ceiling fans that cause the electrical to short whenever a wrong light switch was flipped. Jimmy was able to locate the issue quickly and fix both fans so they don’t cause a short. Now one switch turns on the light and another turns on the fan. This was never the case before lol. 2. A bad breaker was causing issues in the basement and Jimmy was able to fix that issue in under 10 minutes! He was quick to locate the problem and fixed the issue. Now my home has no electrical problems thanks to Jimmy! Thank you sir!

  I’m a renter and wanted a ceiling fan in my primary bedroom. My landlord said that the wall switch was wired for an overhead fan/light. So I got a ceiling fan, hung it myself, flipped the switch and nothing happened…. Now I’m a nurse by trade and can usually troubleshoot most problems, but electricity isn’t one I want to play around with! I’ll leave that to the professionals. So I got on Thumbtack and found a local electrician. Thomas Edison Electric: snazzy logo, nice graphics, and a quick call back. I set up a date & time and learned that Mac would be the assigned electrician. He arrived on time, and completed the job quickly and professionally. He offered some extra services beyond the ceiling fan, like installing a whole home surge protector and outdoor outlets, but I only had permission from the landlord for the ceiling fan and Mac was understanding. All in all, great service, quick repairs and friendly staff. I’ll be sure to keep Thomas Edison Electric in mind for any future needs. Highly recommended!! Thanks Mac.
