  Harris Comfort sold me a whole house generator and installed it. I thought the price was fair and they were all very nice, easy to speak with and knowledgeable. The installation team was not only really good at their work but very respectful of our home. They even cleaned the floor in my basement where they tracked in a little dirt. I had an issue with my gas company (Amerigas - stay away!). Harris really went out of their way to work around this issue which I appreciated.

  I had a Home generator installed in the past month. The process was fantastic. From my initial call to the in home assessment and estimate to the installation and follow up. Everything was explained to me in detail. All of my questions were answered. I'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend Harris comfort highly.

  Jon D was very thorough and kept us posted on troubleshooting for a noise related to the fan or heating unit that we first identified last winter. He was pleasant and, after the job was completed, Jon chatted with us socially, even though our house call was unexpectedly added to the end of his work day because our appointment had somehow never been entered into the Harris system.
