  Chimney Scientist techs Mark and Angel were awesome. They showed up exactly on time, were thorough, efficient and friendly. They explained everything in detail, showed me all the photos from inside my chimney and explained the repair process and costs. Highly recommend!

  Mark and Angel did a great job of vacuuming out my dryer venting system. There were some blockages and Mark took care of them efficiently. Mark also took a look at my chimney caps, which is what I called them out For also. He found a problem with The chimney flue, Took pictures and explained the whole situation to me And the possibility of carbon monoxide poisoning if I let it go. Overall, I was very happy with the explanation and work that they did and would highly recommend them again.

  All of the employees I worked with were professional, courteous, and thorough. Throughout the experience they were very open and up front with what was needed and what they accomplished. I would highly recommend this team for your chimney cleaning and inspection.

  For the past month ++, I’ve been working the the folks from The Chimney Scientists. I needed to replace my old, failing gas fireplace. From the in-home consult, to the demonstration at their offices, to the Install earlier this month (new electric fireplace), I’ve been extremely happy and impressed. Thank you to Mike S (consult), install team (Gary and Ricardo), the office team (many folks including Kristen and others), and management. Thanks again!! Joanne L

  Everything about my experience with Chimney Scientists was top notch. The inspection/sales guy (Matt) was so helpful and communicative, the installation guys (Gary and Ricardo) did a great job with our chimney repairs and liner, and I can't say enough good things about the ladies in the office who literally asked me questions like "is there anything else that would make you more comfortable with the guys coming to your house?" and always said "thanks for answering my call." And reading the fine print on the sales papers where it was talking about the company's charitable actions and listed my favorite organization (Natural Lands), I seriously teared up! 🥹 Thanks Chimney Scientists for a great experience.
