  Had water dam damage from a snow storm in January. Ethan came to give me a repair estimate. Very professional and did a great job. Rich was the person doing the repairs. Did a great job in a timely manner.

  RCS was the best and hopefully only experience I have with a water restoration company. I had a leak on a Saturday evening that caused some water intrusion into my kitchen ceiling and called them. Mike was at my house at 7am on Mother’s Day, setting up fans and dehumidifiers. Ethan and Rich came the following days to check moisture readings. The customer service and quick action from this company far exceeded my expectations. I always like to support a family owned business.

  While in Florida for the winter we had a pipe freeze and burst in our basement which included a finished game room, full bathroom and several closets. RCS was recommended by our friend who was also a plumber. Everyone that I worked with from Florida was wonderful. I was completely at ease, allowing them to put a lock box on my house and come and go as they needed with the equipment that was used to dry everything out. They arranged to meet my daughter initially to go over everything that had to be done. She met with Ken and after the meeting he contacted me and explained everything in detail that they were going to do. Ethan and Zeke were involved with much of the cleanup and Rich did an excellent job patching and painting the drywall that had to be cut out to access the broken pipe. Rich also reinstalled all of the baseboard which was painted patched and caulked leaving the room, exactly as it was before the flood. RCS was in contact with me daily with progress reports. I have dealt with other Restoration companies in the past and RCS is by far the best. I highly recommend them. I’m hoping I never need Restoration again but if I should, RCS will be my first call.

  RCS was great on all levels. Very quick to arrive, got right to work, monitored results and made adjustments as needed daily. Very courteous and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

  Junior and Ken were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient in performing the radon mitigation and exterior downspout replacement work. I highly recommend them!
