  My water heater went out on me & within 24 hours I had a new one, thanks to JM Lapp! I really appreciated their follow through & being able to get someone lined up for me, as I was a first time customer. Matt & Brandon were kind & easy to work with, they made me feel really good about choosing this company!

  I had an excellent experience with JM Lapp with the replacement of a broken water softener. The team came over to assess the situation, provide a fair quote (so fair that I didn't bother to shop it or compare), and returned within a few days to do the installation. Their crew was courteous, respectful of the home (booties, protection cloth), and very clean work. I highly recommend.
